El-Ezer means God, who helps me, or God my helper

How God Helps Men:

• Deuteronomy 26:6-9

• Psalm 115:16, John 5:6-7 

When you become patient, deception becomes weary.

• The Prophetic
• The Holy Spirit (The Helper) Zechariah 4:6, 2 Corinthians 3:5, Ephesians 6:10 AMP, Romans 8:26 

The Ways The Holy Spirit helps:

1. The Holy Spirit helps to help you reveal to you the will of God concerning your life, concerning your destiny and concerning seasons

It is important to know the will of God because the administration of God’s power is connected to his will

•  To Guide Us. John 16:12-13

The Holy Spirit gives direction and guidance

You can have direction, but if you are not guided, you will not get there

•  Empowerment 

He empowers us to live like Christ

Only one who is filled with the Holy Spirit can manifest Christlike and Godlike character

He empowers us for service. Micah 3:5, Acts 1:8

When God calls you, he calls you to himself, then he sends you to the nation.

The fact that you are called does not mean you are sent

The 2 ways to represent God:

•  By Manifesting His Nature
• Producing his results

You need both.

2 Corinthians 3:18

The Fullness of Christ is Three-Fold:

1. The Nature of Christ Colossians 2:9
2. The Wisdom of Christ
3. The Power of Christ

• Every time you see a bad product in the body of Christ, it is one of these three that is the solution
• When you find someone who has character consecrated, blameless loves the Lord but is not building anything, it is a wisdom problem
• You find people who know what to do, but they cannot make it happen; it is a power problem. Proverbs 24:3

Receiving and having are 2 mysteries you must understand

Receiving is a  spiritual thing, and having talks of dynamics of attracting results to your life

You receive in prayer, but you have it is wisdom that becomes the magnet.

Keys to Having:

1. Gratitude
2. Honor

3 Keys to Activating The Help of God:

• You must maintain a posture of brokenness and humility before the Lord. (Psalm 51:17, Matthew 5:3, Psalm 34:18)

Why some people have not received from God is because of pride. Proverbs 3:5-6

God cannot resist brokenness

One of the proofs that you have become like Christ is that you become merciful. Matthew 5:7

• By Praying The Prayer of Mercy and Help

When you are in trouble, cry to God. Psalm 107:6, Proverbs 18:10, Exodus 14:14-15

Philippians 4:6

Prayerlessness is sin, Prayerlessness is pride, and Prayerlessness is proof of independence

The highest level of pride is prayerlessness, is proof that you do not need God’s assistance in your life

The laxity in prayer is proof that you don’t yet trust God’s ability.

Learn to pray not just in church

3. By Sowing The Seeds of Help. Galatians 6:6-7 

Help is a harvest

There is a kind of seed called whatsoever

We are all farmers, and we all have seeds

Matthew 5:7

At the end of your life, your life will either be a key or a padlock. It will open up doors, or it will close doors for generations

The Three Types of Knowledge That Gives a Believer Victory:

1. The Highest Level of Knowledge is the knowledge of God
2. The knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom
3. The knowledge in your field of endeavor.

People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care

Whatsoever is a very potent seed, it yields. 30 fold 60 fold 100 fold

When you are sowing, don’t let naysayers stop you

Types of Seeds:

1. Prayerlessness
2. Spiritual Vibrance
3. Canality
4. Laziness
5. Financial Intelligence
6. Diligence in study
7. Laxity
8. Cutting Corners
9. Integrity

How to Respond To The Help Of God:

1. Thanksgiving. Psalm 136:1-6
2. You testify of his goodness in the congregation of God’s people. Psalm 22:22
3. You use whatever blessing from that help to glorify the name of the Lord

Don’t get carried away when things start working as a result of the help of God

Ways God Answers Prayers:

1. By Supernatural Intervention
2. By the release of graces like wisdom and favor
3. By causing the person praying to grow to the version that can receive the prayer
4. By using the gift of men
