Dominion Checklist (End Of Year Appraisals) by Apostle Selman

Dominion Checklist (End Of Year Appraisals) by Apostle Selman

Release a shout of victory, declaring that joy and rejoicing shall not leave your dwelling.

“O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods. In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.” Psalms 95:1-4 (KJV)

In the next few minutes, take moments to reflect on the things The Lord has done for you this year, and give Him praise and glory.
Thank Him for your family, thank Him for preserving you from death, thank Him for Koinonia Global, thank Him for preservation, thank Him for His marvellous help that we have enjoyed.

Victory and dominion in the Kingdom, depend on the following:
Our knowledge of God. (Daniel 11: 32B)
– Understanding or comprehension of the principles and mysteries of the Kingdom. (Matthew 13: 11, Job 38: 33)
– The diligence to engage these laws by faith.

“Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.” – 2 Peter 1:12 (KJV)
“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?” – 2 Corinthians 13:5 (KJV)
To ‘appraise’ is to check your level of progress, to benchmark your life against the standards set.

“Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.” – 1 Timothy 4:16 (KJV)

Our dominion in this Kingdom, is predicated on knowledge.
There are three levels of knowledge the Believer should contend for:
1. Knowledge of God.
(John 17:3)
2. Knowledge of the mysteries or principles of the Kingdom.
3. Knowledge in your area of expertise or of your field of endeavour
(Academic Knowledge).

The word ‘Mystery’ means principles or ordinance. The mysteries of the Kingdom are like treasures, and each of these mysteries carry a weight of glory.

Checklist Of Some Mysteries/Principles Of The Kingdom We Must Know:

1. Value and the supremacy of The Word.
(Matthew 4:4, Acts 20:32, John 1:1-3)
– The mysteries of the Kingdom are likeneed to treasures; every mystery has a corresponding level of glory, each differing in its weight of glory. The glory of God rests upon a man in weight and it is predicated on the depth of the mystery of God, that they carry.

2. The Power of Prayer
(Luke 18:1)
– A major part of the answers to our prayers is for growth and transformation. The transformative dimension of prayer is the greatest ministry of prayer. Prayer was designed to change us first, prior to the arrival of our requests.
This is mainly because some of our requests are meant to be obtained through growth by prayer.

Your belief-system shapes how you think, and how you interpret life. Signs and outcomes follow what you believe; if you desire a change in results, you must first change your beliefs.

Your belief-system is your personal contribution to the outcomes of either victory or failure in life. Belief functions as a doorway into your destiny, either permitting The Holy Spirit to work, refine, and beautify your life, or allowing destructive influences of demonic spirits to destroy your life.

The degree to which your belief-system is Word-compliant, is the degree to which you have experienced transformation.

One of the major assignments of The Holy Spirit when a Believer comes to Jesus Christ, is to transform us through the ministry of The Word, and to supply a superior belief-system to us.
The degree to which your belief-system is Word-compliant is the degree to which you have experienced transformation.

3. The power of vision, purpose and destiny.
(Hebrews 10:7)
4. The power of belief-systems
– Weapons are fashioned based on our belief-systems.
– Your belief-system is measured by the degree to which your thinking is word-compliant. This also determines the depths of our transformation

5. Living by faith (Hebrews 11:1)
– There is a dimension of faith that has to do with establishing a testimonial of trusting God, even when results don’t come.
– You will be a very disappointed Believer, if all you know about faith is about receiving and obtaining results.
– Trusting God when you have not seen results or when there is no hope for results is true faith.
6. The power of decisions and choices (Deuteronomy 30:19)
– Your abilities to take decisions and make choices, is what determines the outcome of your destiny.
– No one can choose consequences, they are automatically connected to the decisions and choices you make.
– Decisions are desires backed up with your willingness to submit to the conditions to make that desire come to pass.

7. The power of value and productivity
– Value and productivity are responsible for your wealth and the level of your influence.
– Value is a measure of your capacity to provide solutions and solve problems.
– Productivity is refining your values, turning them into products and services, and serving them with excellence.
8. The power of mentorship
– Who you choose to follow, can define what follows you.
– Mentorship provides the leverage for endorsement.

When you don’t obtain results, but you stood through storms believing God, you are a person of faith indeed. Trusting God when you have not seen the results or trusting God when there is no hope of the results you have seen, is real faith.
Faith produces victory but the victory must be defined. There are Three Dimensions of Victory:
1. Victory through manifested results.
2. Victory through standing for truth and being rewarded in heaven.
3. Victory through eternal perspectives whilst trusting God beyond outcomes.

DECLARE: “I CHOOSE TO BE VICTORIOUS!”

Nobody’s turn comes by wishing. An active decision based on your will is what brings things to reality.

You know you’re valuable, by the number of people who seek you out.

Decisions Decide Destiny:

When mentorship is absent or dysfunctional, you must take responsibility for the outcomes of your life.

Every decision is connected to a consequence:

  • The decision to love Jesus is a decision with consequences.
  • The decision to reject Jesus is a decision with consequences.
  • The decision to be spiritually serious is a decision with consequences.
  • The decision to be lazy, irresponsible, entitled, bitter, or angry is also a decision with consequences.
  • The decision to take responsibility for your destiny, to obtain grace from God and steer your life deliberately is a decision.

What a Decision Really Means
A decision is a declaration of desire, backed by a willingness to submit to the conditions required to make that desire come to pass.
If you desire something but are unwilling to submit to the conditions, you have not chosen, you are only wishing

9. Understanding times and seasons (particularly divine timing)
– The law of seasons will make you wise, so that when you rise, you don’t allow those waiting at the palace, make you forget those who were with you, when you had nothing.
– The law of seasons will help you probe your relationships, so as to determine who is worth your time.

Declare: I pray for you, that people will not forget you when you are alive, in Jesus name!

In understanding times and seasons, we must understand how to engage accurate prophecy, bespoke strategy, divine timing in maximing seasons.
The deception of spotlight is that you will never believe the light will go away from you on the stage. One thing to do in your season of plenty is to invest in building people. So when the spotlight has gone away from you, the people you built will bring you back to the stage through honor.

Declare: I pray for you, that now that the sun has arisen over you, you will know what to do when the spotlight is on you, in Jesus name!

10. Learn how to manage crises and challenges (John 16: 33)
– Managing crisis and challenges will help you retain dominion and victory.
– Dominion, influence, and victory come with a lot of controversies. So you must learn how to handle challenges and crisis.

A major key to managing crisis is emotional intelligence; the uncanny ability to respond wisely, calmly, and redemptively, even whilst under pressure.
Many families have been destroyed, not because they lacked prayer, but because they lacked the wisdom to manage conflict.
The same applies to leadership:
– A church without crisis management collapses.
– A nation without crisis intelligence disintegrates.
Managing crisis is not a sign of weakness. It is proof of maturity.

11. Understand God’s financial system
– You must understand how wealth works in the Kingdom.
– The challenge with our teachings on finances, is that we have been taught to either honour the spiritual laws, whilst ignoring the physical laws or honouring the physical laws, whilst ignoring the spiritual laws.
– What makes for wealth, is a healthy balance of both the spiritual laws and the physical laws.

The subject of understanding God’s financial system is so important that I will reference multiple teachings that must be studied together, including:
• Freedom from Poverty, Lack, and Want
• The Power to Get Wealth
• From Survival to Abundance
• Freedom from Financial Affliction
These teachings form a comprehensive Kingdom framework for understanding finances. Understanding God’s financial system is not optional, it is essential.

Today, the Church is experiencing confusion in the area of understanding God’s financial system. While God has been faithful, many Believers still struggle to identify a responsible, ethical, and scriptural pathway to economic freedom; one that is free from manipulation, exploitation, and imbalance.

At the core, they reveal how wealth works in the Kingdom, how God empowers Believers to experience economic emancipation without compromising integrity or faith.
Broadly speaking, there are two common extremes in the Body of Christ, when it comes to financial teaching:

The first group approaches finance only from the standpoint of spiritual laws, tithing, giving, sowing seeds, and sacrificial offerings. These principles are valid and biblical.

However, when the group who approach God’s financial system only from the standpoint of spiritual laws, are taught in isolation, without addressing responsibility, diligence, skill, value creation, and wisdom, it produces imbalance. God’s financial system is holistic. It involves:
• Spiritual principles
• Wisdom and stewardship
• Value creation and productivity
• Ethical labor and responsibility
Only when these are taught together, can Believers walk in true financial freedom.

12. The principles of warfare.
– It will take engaging in warfare to partake of the realities that have been purchased in Christ Jesus.
– Warfare for many is trying to fight satan and demons. Sadly, this is an inaccurate mentality.
– Unfortunately, certain approaches to warfare never lead to victory because of the inaccurate teaching or understanding of what warfare is.
– Warfare is about establishing experientially, the victory that has been established for you in Christ Jesus.

Everything Jesus Christ accomplished is complete, but it must be appropriated by faith. This is why we engage:
• The Name of Jesus
• The Blood of Jesus
• The Word of God
Without this understanding, many Believers become discouraged. There are two major mindsets around the subject of warfare. The first is an inaccurate mentality of which for many people, warfare means:
• Trying to fight Satan.
• Struggling against demons.
• Praying to see if they will eventually win.
• Hoping their prayers, fasting, or sacrifices will finally tip the balance.
Once warfare is approached with the mindset of “maybe I will win”, defeat has already begun in the mind. That is not Kingdom warfare.

The Kingdom Approach to Warfare

In the Kingdom, warfare does not mean fighting to obtain victory. Warfare means enforcing a victory that has already been secured.

The word “fight” in this context, does not refer to physical struggle. It refers to spiritual labor, the intentional application of Kingdom authority to establish Jesus Christ’s finished work in your life.

When you engage in warfare, you do not go as one begging for victory.
You go as one standing on inheritance. You fight from victory, not for victory.

You must engage knowing that Jesus Christ has already triumphed, and your responsibility is to command a response in alignment with that triumph.

Declare: “I reject fear. I have dominion! I am a child of God! The blood of Jesus speaks for me!”
Prophecy: I am speaking to men and women who will bring an end to oppression in their ancestry and around them, in the name of Jesus.

Prophecy: I pray for you, anybody under the sound of my voice, who has been tied down with ordinances and covenants, in the name of Jesus Christ, I declare your liberty now!

In Africa, and in Nigeria today, there are people who cannot return home in their villages, because of fear, instability, and broken systems. There are families displaced, destinies interrupted, and futures hanging in uncertainty.

But God is raising people; Not people with mere titles, not people with mere influence, but people with light, wisdom, courage, and compassion; People who understand dominion without cruelty, authority without arrogance, leadership without oppression.

Prophecy: You will not rise to replace oppressors and become them; you will rise to heal systems. You will not take power to revenge, rather you will take responsibility to restore.
God is raising men and women who:
• Understand justice
• Value human dignity
• Fear God
• Love people
Through governance, through policy, through enterprise, through advocacy, through prayer, through righteous influence, God will work deliverance.

13. The power of praise and thanksgiving (Habakkuk 3:17)
– There is the thanksgiving dimension of praise, but there is also the warfare dimension of praise.
– If you understand the power of praise and thanksgiving, you will frustrate the spirit of worry, and all kinds of troubles.

Declare: An end to fear, an end to senseless violence, an end to displacement, an end to systems that crush the vulnerable.

And the beginning of peace, order, justice, opportunity and hope in our land, cities and nations, in Jesus name.

KOINONIA END-OF-THE-YEAR-SACRIFICE
“And the man Elkanah, and all his house, went up to offer unto the Lord the yearly sacrifice, and his vow.” (1 Samuel 1:21)

The End-of-Year Sacrifice is more than a seed, it is an expression of gratitude, demonstration of our love for Jesus, a kingdom responsibility, a way of connecting to the law of seed time and harvest, and faith in God who has carried us through every season. As we give, we acknowledge God’s faithfulness, align with His purpose, and partner with what He is doing through Koinonia across the nations.

May every sacrifice given rise as a sweet-smelling offering before The Lord, and may the coming year speak louder testimonies of His goodness in your lives.

For all your seeds, tithes, sacrificial giving, and donations, you can use it through https://give.payaza.africa/koinonia Or use any of our official accounts details provided in the flyer.

God Bless You!

Prophecy: May God raise you as a solution, not a survivor. May He give you wisdom beyond your years.
May He place you in the right rooms, at the right time, with the right voice.
When history is written, may your generation be remembered as the one that stood up calmly, wisely, courageously and brought healing to the land, in Jesus’ mighty name.

Open yourself up to comfort, but you must never allow yourself to be an object of sympathy.

Prophecy: Next year satan will not cause nor see your tears; if you’ll shed tears, your tears will only be for rejoicing, in Jesus name.

The major power satan has today is not a distinct power, rather it is power derived from his partnership with people. For as long as there is one human being (where mankind was originally created as the zenith of God’s creation) can agree with satan, he will look powerful.

Satan all by himself is not powerful; the real power of satan, is the power that comes through his partnership with mankind.

Declare: I will rejoice!
I will give thanks!
I will praise God.

Satan is defeated, but if he is not defeated in your mind, and you still believe he has power to destroy you, then you give him access.

The greatest power satan has today, is not an inherent power. It is a borrowed power, derived from partnership with people.

As long as there is one person, created in God’s image, who agrees with satan, that agreement becomes satan’s strength.

DECLARE: SAY, “THANK YOU JESUS!”

There are seasons when you smile by effort, and there are seasons when joy becomes your nature.

Maturity is when satan no longer attacks your peace, because joy has been established.

Never allow yourself to become an instrument of discouragement.

14. The power of strategic relationships
– You are as powerful as those who believe in you, and are committed to invest their riches and resources to invest in you, and to see you grow.
– Relationships are bridges. Failure and success are the products of relationship.
– Relationships are currencies; they can buy what money can buy and where money stops, relationships can buy what money cannot buy.
– Relationship is like a harvest, and it will be fraudulent to demand a harvest, when you have not sown.
– Relationship demands that you must be an active contributor in the relationship.
– The greatest way to sow a seed in relationships is to find people in pain, and provide help to them.

The righteous are meant to be preserved, yet many Believers are unsure of their footing, and this world can beat down on a person like a scorching sun, not because God has abandoned the person, but because there is no structure of godly relationships around the person’s life, to interpret destiny with them.

Prophecies may come. Words may be spoken. However, without the understanding of relationships, prophecy remains an undeveloped potential. Relationships are currencies. This is learned by experience.

Your true measure of advantage in life is not only what you know, but by who loves you, who believes in you, and who is willing to invest their time, energy, influence, and resources into your growth.

You are as favored as the quality of relationships around your life.

Therefore, you must learn to be intentional, honorable, and relational.

I pray for you: may you be authentic, may you be a friend that sticks closer than a brother, in the name of Jesus.

Many of us are Godly, however we are not relational.

One of the easiest ways to succeed in life, is through genuine relationships

Relationship is a harvest; it is fraud to want a harvest whose seeds you have not sown – it is a parasitic mindset.

However, expecting a harvest in relationships, must be with the understanding of being a mutual contributor (reciprocity).

When dealing with people who their contribution outweighs your contribution, always apply the law of gratitude. Love people genuinely, without a transactional mindset.

Life is not fair by default; you make it fair by engaging the mysteries of the Kingdom.

15. The mystery of Kingdom service (Exodus 23: 25-26)
– Life is not fair by default, you make it fair by engaging the mysteries of the Kingdom.
– Kingdom service is not just about being a worker, it is about investing your time, your energy, and your resources to serve the purposes of the Kingdom.
– The end-time move of God has three categories:
a. Prophetic Intercessors.
b. The Sent Ones.
c. The Kingdom Financiers.
– There are certain battles that you don’t have to fight, once you’re actively engaged in Kingdom service.

Prophecy:
I pray for you, whatever you have said in secret or in public, whatever you have done, knowingly or unknowingly, that has added pain to others, I pray by the mercies of God, that that which was done in ignorance, by the power in the blood of Jesus, may God wipe it away. Let it not rise as a voice against you. Let it not become a curse on your children, nor on your children’s children.

I pray for you from my heart, young lady, young man, the words you have spoken against preachers, against businesspeople, against leaders, against parents, against nations, whether the West or Africa, any memorial in the realm of the spirit that has been formed by careless words, bitterness, rebellion, dishonor, or anger, and is programming hardship, delay, or affliction for you or your lineage, by the mercy of God, I plead the blood of Jesus; let mercy speak for you now! Let judgment be silenced, let accusations be wiped away, let your lineage be spared.

May The Lord remember you for mercy, heal your foundations, and rewrite your story for good, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

16. The value of impartation as a strategy for spiritual empowerment.
– We excel in life, not just based on the knowledge we have, but the quality of the anointing and graces upon our lives.
– Our possibilities are defined by the graces that is at work in our lives.
– What makes an individual become a voice, a sign, and a wonder are all graces, and they’re transferable.

Impartation is a mystery. It is one of the mysteries responsible for the transfer of graces. We do not excel in life merely by the knowledge we possess,
but by the kind and quality of grace and the anointing resting upon our lives.

Honour is transferable. Grace is transferable. Capacity is transferable. There are impartations that come upon people, graces that empower people to manifest God-like excellence, authority, and spiritual electricity. You can have knowledge. You can have discipline. You can have passion. Yet without the requisite anointing, certain results will never manifest.

All blessings come from God. But God has chosen a system. It flows from God, through men, to men. When it comes from men alone, it is idolatry. But when it comes from God through men, it is a divine order.

This is why Elijah imparted to Elisha. This is why Paul imparted to Timothy. This is why hands are laid. This is why mantles fall. This is why spiritual fathers exist. Impartation does not replace responsibility. It empowers responsibility. Impartation does not replace diligence. It accelerates diligence.

Prophecy: May God connect you to legitimate vessels, may He preserve you from counterfeit graces, and may every grace required for your assignment find authorized expression in your life, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

17. The prophetic advantage
– The prophetic is an eternal advantage that can determine the destiny of individuals.
– The prophetic ministry is very sensitive, so it requires mentorship and guidance.
– One of the rules of prophecy is that everything that represents Jesus, must be contained in the prophecy.

If you ignore the prophetic, you will pay for it with destiny. It does not matter how abused or corrupted the prophetic may have become in some spaces, you do not throw away the baby together with the dirty water. The prophetic is an eternal advantage. The prophetic has always defined the possibilities of mankind. The prophetic is powerful. Many people’s tomorrow still looks like yesterday, because there is no prophetic word activating their seasons.

When prophecy is absent:
• Time becomes prolonged
• Seasons are delayed
• Destiny moves slowly

The prophetic does not replace wisdom. The prophetic does not replace diligence. But the prophetic gives direction, timing, and spiritual authorization. When God wants to shift a person, a family, a city, or a nation, He releases a word.

Prophecy: May your ears never be closed to the voice of God. May you discern true prophecy from manipulation, and may the prophetic advantage work for you, not against you, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Our interpretation of the prophetic is hinged on our depth and stability in The Word. Seeing a vision and hearing ‘a word’ is only 30% of the prophetic. The interpretation which is hinged on the vessel’s purity, accounts for 70% of the prophetic.

18. The law of love
– If you don’t know how to walk in love, you will fail in life.
– The zenith of transformation in this Kingdom is not abundance of knowledge, rather it is love.
– There is a realm where knowledge can fail, and in that realm, it is only love that can scale.

Declare: I will not fail

If you do not know how to walk in love, you will stagnate in life, no matter how much revelation you carry. In the kingdom, the true proof of transformation is not knowledge; it is love. The evidence that you are becoming like Jesus Christ, is not the abundance of your teachings, your vocabulary, or your theological accuracy. It is that the love of Jesus Christ has taken hold of you, literally possessed you. Do not show me depth of knowledge while hatred, bitterness, envy, or pride still lives in your heart. That is not Christlikeness.
The Bible does not say know much about Jesus Christ; it says: “That you may know the love of Christ, which surpasses knowledge.” (Ephesians 3:19)

There is a realm where knowledge fails. There is a realm where only love sustains dominion. Love surpasses knowledge, by far. It is more superior to be a loving Believer, than a knowledgeable Believer, because knowledge can fail, but love never fails. The true measurement of Christlikeness is not revelation; it is the fruit of the Spirit, and the first fruit of the Spirit the Bible mentions, is love.

There are many kingdom principles, but there are two major areas that have not been emphasized strongly enough:
1. Family Life Skills
• Love in relationships
• Marriage
• Parenting
• Emotional and relational intelligence
2. Eschatology
• The doctrine of the end times
• Understanding the seasons and return of Jesus Christ

WHAT TO DO WITH THESE THINGS TAUGHT AND HEARD:
1. Believe and receive
The power to obtain what you believe, would rest upon you, once you believe these truths.
2. Obtain grace to act upon what you have believed by faith. (John 1:12, Hebrews 4:3)

Mystery Behind The Koinonia End-Of-Year Sacrifice (1 Samuel 1: 21):
As an expression of gratitude for His help and His mercy, throughout the year 2025.
As a demonstration of love for Jesus Christ. (John 3: 16)
As a Kingdom responsibility to ensure that there is availability of resources for the advancement of His Kingdom.
As a way of connecting to the law of seed time and harvest. Through our sacrifices, we schedule another season of harvest, in the coming year.
(Genesis 8: 22)

What Do You Do With These Teachings?
1. Believe and receive them.
“As many as received Him, to them He gave power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.” — John 1:12

There is always power that follows receiving. There is empowerment attached to what you believe and what you receive. Anyone who believes, there is a corresponding grace released.

2. Act Upon Them by Faith and Live by Them
Do not stop at hearing. Do not stop at believing. You must act upon what you have learned by faith, and then live by it consistently.

“Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into His rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
For we which have believed do enter into rest…” – Hebrews 4:1 to 3:

Those who believe and mix The Word with faith enter into rest:
• Financial rest
• Relational rest
• Rest in influence
• Rest in destiny

The Sabbath of dominion is for those who believe and act on what they believe.

Who Should Participate In The End-Of-Year Sacrifice?
• Anyone who acknowledges that God has shown them mercy and kindness.
• Anyone who has experienced salvation, deliverance, or help from God.
• Anyone who loves God, loves His work, loves His mission, and desires the advancement of the Kingdom.
• Anyone who understands the law of seedtime and harvest and wants to step into God’s possibilities.

Prayer: Father, I am requesting from You through this sacrifice –
As I give, let my children serve The Lord.
As I step out in faith, come through for me:
Bring healing.
Bring increase.
Lift my business.
Lift my household.
As You have lifted this ministry, lift me.
As You have glorified Yourself, glorify my life, in Jesus name. Amen.

Anything that will make your Christmas sad or make this a sorrowful season for you, we decree that it will not be a season of tears.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I proclaim over Koinonia: BE BLESSED! I release you as signs and wonders.
You will return to your homes, to your stations, to your cities, to your nations,
as living testimonies of the power of God.

Let it appear clearly.
Let it be undeniable, in Jesus’ mighty name.
Now lift your voice with me and shout a sevenfold “Amen”.
