It is dangerous when you are not praying and no one is praying for you. James – No Prayer acts 12:1-2 It is good for others to pray for you but you must also pray for yourself Peter – Prayer acts 12:3-19 When you pray for yourself even when others aren’t praying for you, it…
Pride is a dangerous thing in God’s eyes. When you look at different people who had pride and how they fell from grace to grass, you will understand why it is important to always remain humble no matter where God places you. All glory goes back to God and not to you. I repeat all…
Having a personal relationship with God is very important. You do not want to be like the Israelites in the Bible who knew God as Moses’ God and not their God. Exodus 20:18-21 KJV or King Saul saw God as Prophet Samuel’s God and not his own God. 1 Samuel 15 KJV. It is okay to…
Human Beings tend to be predictable based on how they are viewed and knowing one’s strengths and weaknesses can also be areas humans use to predict humans. Sometimes, people might try to use the same formula on God and they realize that GOD IS UNPREDICTABLE. I will be using one of the most popular prophets…
We live in a culture where some people want to lead people to do as they say and not as they do. Just follow my instructions, but don’t use me as an example. Do as I say, and not as I do. I will be using an example in the Bible of someone who suggested…
Some days ago, I and my sister were discussing the story of Esther. The Holy Spirit revealed a different dimension of the Esther story in a way I haven’t seen before. Esther (Believers), Hegai (The Holy Spirit), The other virgins (nonbelievers), and King Xerxes (Jesus Christ) An advantage that believers have over unbelievers is…

Sometimes when we go through things or various circumstances, we always think God is not fair and that God just abandons us and acts like he doesn’t see what we are going through. One fact is that God loves us no matter what, if he didn’t love us, he wouldn’t have sent his only begotten…
We as humans have the tendency to want to control and take charge of our lives because we always want to be on top of everything that happens to us and know the direction our lives are going. So submitting our lives to God that we do not see can be hard because we…
The standard we have as humans are not the same standard God has. If we were to look at people in the Bible that God used, if we use human standards, they will never meet our standards. I will be sharing stories of 3 men in the Bible God used that men would have ignored…

Sometimes we are always so focused on the present that we might miss where God is taking us too. Abraham could have been stuck in the past, but he was in the present waiting for God’s future for him. If Abraham was focused on what he had in Harran or what he missed in Harran,…
