Prophecy: For as long as God grants us breath and grace, every week spent at Koinonia, the house of God, will be a week of transformation for you, in Jesus Christ’s name!

Tonight’s message is centered on equipping every Believer with the understanding and spiritual insight required to break free from the inertia of poverty, lack, and want, and to transition into a life of economic emancipation.

The Gospel is all-encompassing, and the Church has an extended responsibility to see to it that every Believer is raised to a place of economic emancipation, empowered to be a blessing.

Tonight’s discussion presents a responsible Kingdom approach to financial freedom, grounded in the Word and anchored on proven principles. It is an invitation to rise against the tide that has kept many from living a life of freedom, abundance, and impact.

“The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: But they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.” Psalm 34:10 (KJV)

If your spiritual walk is not producing peace, stability, and visible transformation, then the truths you know are not yet being rightly applied.
Genuine spiritual growth goes beyond the presentation of ideas, it is about walking in the reality of healing, restoration, and divine order. These kingdom truths must work in your life, not merely sound good.

“The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: But they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.” Psalm 34:10 (KJV)
“Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: Thereby good shall come unto thee. Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, And lay up his words in thine heart. If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, Thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, And the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, And thou shalt have plenty of silver.”
Job 22:21-25 (KJV)
“If they obey and serve him, They shall spend their days in prosperity, And their years in pleasures.”
Job 36:11 (KJV)
“Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: Yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”
Psalm 35:27 (KJV)
“Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, That delighteth greatly in his commandments. His seed shall be mighty upon earth: The generation of the upright shall be blessed. Wealth and riches shall be in his house: And his righteousness endureth for ever. Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: He is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.”
Psalm 112:1-4 (KJV)

The National Bureau of Statistics reveal that no fewer than 40% of Nigerians live below the poverty benchmark.
This reality should burden every minister’s heart, ensuring that we intentionally contribute to shaping the understanding of God’s people, equipping them with truth, wisdom, and frameworks that can help reduce or reverse this tide.

Our wold is economically driven. This implies that you will need a certain amount of abundant financial resources to live a quality life and a life of dignity, to fulfill your dreams, goals and visions, and to advance God’s kingdom here on earth.

Our world is economically driven; you will need a certain level of abundant financial resources to:
• Enjoy a fulfilling life
• Fulfil your dreams and goal
• Advance the kingdom
You will need a certain level of abundant and consistent financial resources to live efficiently in life. The presence of financial resources can be a factor in fast-tracking your life.

When most people in society are asked about their prevalent need, finance consistently emerges as a primary concern.

Tragically, many lives have been lost simply because the resources required to save them were unavailable. Countless children, endowed with the potential for noble and impactful lives, have been forced into hardship and limitation because their parents could not afford better opportunities, ending up in conditions far beneath God’s will for them.
This cannot be God’s desire.

The degree to which financial doors are opened unto you determines the speed of your advancement.
It will take a certain level of abundant resources to enjoy a life of dignity to fulfill your dreams, goals, vision and advance God’s programme on earth, because our world is economically driven.

It is the responsibility of The Church, as an institution of change, to guide people into an understanding of financial freedom through the application of Word-compliant financial principles.
The absence of financial resources can cripple any life, any destiny and vision, and ultimately cripple the fulfillment of Gods programme on earth.

The absence of financial resources can and will cripple any life, any destiny, and any vision.
Ultimately and sadly, it can cripple the fulfillment of God’s programme on earth.

Tonight’s teaching has an all-inclusive implication. It affects individuals, families, groups, communities and nations.

There is a responsible approach to teaching people Word-compliant principles that will bring them out of lack and want.
Tonight’s teaching implicates everyone due to our interaction with the world, and it is important that we take it seriously, to live efficiently in life.

PROSPERITY: This is one of the most controversial terminologies. While some ultimately disdain the word, others unnecessarily lust over it.
PROSPERITY comes from the word “PROSPER”. It is about fruitfulness, advancement, and doing well.

1. PROSPERITY: It comes from the word “PROSPER”. It simply means advancement or well-doing.
To prosper means to do well. It has nothing intrinsically to do with money (money is only a tool to achieve this objective).
Prosperity simply means:
• Advancement
• Well-being/well-doing
• Progress
2. RICHES: To be rich means to have abundant financial resources.
3. WEALTH: It means the presence of abundant financial resources, plus the time and the peace of mind, as well as the systems that have been put in place to perpetuate multiplication and sustainability of the financial resources.
You are not wealthy if you have money and financial resources alone.
4. KINGDOM WEALTH: Kingdom wealth and wealth are not the same.
In addition to accumulating money and building systems for its sustainability is a purpose attached to kingdom wealth.
Kingdom wealth is directed towards kingdom come, the furtherance of God’s kingdom.
5. LACK: This refers to a state of insufficiency, especially insufficiency of financial resources.
It is not limited merely to money, but in most cases, it is largely about the absence of financial resources. (Psalm 34:10)

If you’re able to accumulate finances that help you meet your needs, you’re prospering.

In our world today, there are many wealthy people, but the assignments connected to that wealth aren’t the same.

What is Wealth?
• It can be defined as abundant financial resources, availability of time and systems put in place that guarantees sustainability and replenishment.
• Wealth translates beyond abundant financial resources, but having the systems in place to guarantee multiplication and sustainability.
• Wealth means having systems in place that guarantees multiplication and sustainability of the resources.
• Wealth is transgenerational, you must have the systems to replenish to be actually classified as wealthy.

Believers are not just called to be wealthy; they are called to possess Kingdom wealth; resources governed by God’s values, aligned with His purposes, and deployed for His kingdom.

What Is Kingdom Wealth?
The key difference between “Wealth” and “Kingdom Wealth” lies in one word: Kingdom (purpose accrued to prosperity).

Kingdom wealth is the presence of abundant financial resources, alongside systems for their multiplication and sustainability, all intentionally directed toward the furtherance of God’s Kingdom.

What gives wealth its value is not its size, but its direction (how aligned it is with Kingdom purpose).

What is Lack?
• Lack means insufficiency of financial resources to meet your needs. This is with respect to the economy. You are not in total poverty, but you are always in need of financial resources.

Many are not particularly poor, but they never have enough; they are always in lack and in a state of insufficiency.

In the name of Jesus, I pray for you from my heart, my God, The One who has helped many and is helping you tonight; may He take you from a realm of insufficiency!
I bind the spirit of lack and insufficiency from your life, in the name of Jesus Christ!

It is the preparation of Moses that produced the destiny of Moses. This truth transcends tea and bread (daily provision), but it safeguards and salvages the destinies of generations coming after you.

I pray for you: may tonight’s teaching become the ladder that lifts you out of lack and insufficiency into liberty and abundance.

Prophecy: I pray for you, in the name that is above every other name, mayy God use you to fulfill the prophecy of emancipation, in Jesus Christ’s name!

Tonight’s discussion is a serious discussion and not for irresponsible people. It dissects issues that have destiny implications.

POVERTY: This is a state of “no” or limited financial resources largely caused by the absence or lack of productivity.
Three Reasons Why God Blesses Us In The Kingdom:
1. For our comfort: God is all for your comfort and for you to live a life of dignity.
2. To advance the programme of God and advance His end-time agenda.
3. To reveal God’s love to a dying world in a practical and definite way.

Declare: I reject poverty for you, in Jesus Christ’s name!

What transforms financial freedom and economic emancipation into a blessing is understanding its purpose. As the late Myles Munroe of blessed memory wisely said, “When the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.”

Why Does God Bless Us In The Kingdom?
1. For our comfort: It’s God’s desire for us all to live lives of comfort and dignity.
2. To advance the programme of God and His end-time agenda (kingdom advancement).
3. To reveal God’s love to a dying world in a practical and definite way.

GIVING IS LIVING.
When you are empowered, you can be a blessing. Many people are not greedy; they are just poor, hence their inability to give and be a blessing.
Prophecy: May my God empower you, in Jesus Christ’s Name!

How Kingdom Finances Work
The starting point for every financial journey is to have a certain body of knowledge (gaining knowledge), as far as finances are concerned. These include an awareness that:
1. It is the will of God for you to do well economically and to prosper financially.
(Psalm 35:27)
2. Prospering economically and financially is one of the blessings that comes with loving and serving Jesus Christ. You do not serve God, however, because of things.
(Job 36:11, Psalm 103:1-5)
3. You can have abundant financial resources without knowing and loving God, but the peace and fulfillment that comes with it only comes from knowing Jesus Christ.
4. Wealth and abundance in the kingdom are not a function of luck and sentiments but a function of laws, principles, human factors (like relationships), and divine empowerment.
5. God does not decide who becomes wealthy or who remains poor; He sets before you the platform, and it is up to you to use the platform through your understanding, decisions, and actions.
(Deuteronomy 30:19)
6. Kingdom wealth is not just about becoming a millionaire or billionaire. It is about having financial resources that can meet your needs, help you fulfill your assignment, and become a blessing to your world.

Both poverty and abundance have tripartite expressions.

For poverty, there is a spiritual dimension where spirits can influence outcomes, a mental dimension shaped by the mindsets that sponsor them, and a physical dimension that demands productivity, diligence, and stewardship to break free from poverty.

Both poverty and abundance have tripartite expressions.

To be completely free, you must approach it from these dimensions:
1. The Spiritual Dimension – your alignment with God’s principles and kingdom purpose (cast out the spirit behind lack).
2. The Mental/Psychological Dimension – your mindset, discipline, patience, handling of laziness, impulsiveness, waste, and riotous living (recalibrate your belief systems).
3. The Economic Dimension – your productivity, resourcefulness, and ability to create and sustain wealth (take steps, build capacity, and apply principles).

There is a spiritual software that governs a person’s outcomes. This explains why someone can be prayed for, anointed, and yet still not walk in freedom, because something has been deposited within them. Even when the spirit leaves, the mindset it imprinted can remain, continuing to influence their life.

FACTORS RESPONSIBLE FOR POVERTY:
1. Ignorance or Incomplete Knowledge of God’s Economic or Financial System.
Poverty often persists because many do not understand how God designed resources, increase, and stewardship to work. And this ignorance is not only spiritual; it also shows up as:
• Lack of education
• Lack of financial literacy
• Wrong information, or inadequate information
Generally speaking, poverty first appears as a knowledge problem. When a person does not know, or knows incorrectly, they suffer the consequences.
2. The Absence of Skill That Is Needed and Useful or the Funding Required. (Proverbs 18:16)
The easiest way to be valuable is to be educated.
The second reason why people are poor is the absence of skill, or the absence of the resources needed to deploy their skill. If a person is not gifted, not skilled, not competent, or not valuable, he will not come before great men. Destiny does not reveal incompetence.

3. Lack of productivity and excellence.

As long as your skill is not improved to its finished product, there will be a limit to how much of a blessing the skill will be to you and the world at large.

Declare: I cast out the spirit of laziness over my life, and I release upon myself the grace to be diligent, fruitful, and productive, in Jesus Christ’s name!

If it does not kill, destroy, or compromise human dignity, then it is worth pursuing.
Heaven is ready to back and support you, but only if you take your life and destiny seriously.

FACTORS RESPONSIBLE FOR POVERTY:
As haphazard as poverty looks, there is a science as to why individuals become and remain poor.
1. Ignorance or incomplete knowledge of God’s economic/financial system.
It could also mean a lack of education and literacy.
2. The absence of skills and values that are NEEDED and USEFUL. (Proverbs 18:16).
The easiest way to be valuable in today’s world is to be educated. This extends to the ability to read and write, the ability to communicate, and the summation of your quantitative reasoning.
3. Lack of productivity and excellence.
4. The absence of strategic networks and relationships.
(John 5:7)
5. Lack of spiritual empowerment.
(Deuteronomy 8:18)
6. Impatience
(Proverbs 13:11)
7. Laziness
(Proverbs 20:4, 12:27)
8. The economic and political policies that govern a nation and region.
9. The security situation of a nation and region.
10. Lack of infrastructure (roads, power, etc).

I decree over your life: Every trace of laziness and slothfulness is destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ!
Receive a fresh measure of passion, diligence, and discipline to fulfill your destiny!

Keys To Lasting Wealth And Abundance:
1. A heart for God and a heart for Kingdom Come. (2 Chronicles 26:5, Psalm 34:10)
You must love the Lord far beyond money and material blessing to be really blessed the kingdom way. When God finds a man whose heart loves Him and loves His people, prosperity becomes an automatic expression of that alignment.
2. Contend for mental transformation and the editing of your belief systems.
3. Invest in quality education.
Build and increase your knowledge bank. You cannot be blessed sustainably in ignorance.
Educate your mind before you focus on external things like clothes or appearances.
A transformed mind is more valuable than a new outfit, a new phone, or any external upgrade.
If your mind rises, your life rises.
If your mind is small, your results will remain small.
4. Be productive.
Acquire skills and value that is needed and useful, learn how to turn your value to product and services.
You cannot ignore productivity and expect to walk in lasting wealth.

Prayer and fasting will not replace productivity. They are not substitutes for work, competence, or creativity. They are supposed to empower productivity, not replace it.
You can pray, you can fast, you can declare scriptures, but if you are not productive, if you are not generating value, you will still remain at the same level.
Productivity means:
• Acquire skills.
• Acquire value.
• Develop competence.
• Do things that matter.
• Offer solutions people are willing to exchange resources for.

A need-driven Christianity cannot produce lasting warriors.
I pray for you: when you arrive on the other side of wealth, may you remain still surrendered to God, in Jesus’ name.
Any material blessing that will steal your hunger and passion for God, let it be far from you, in the name of Jesus Christ!

FACTORS RESPONSIBLE FOR POVERTY:
1. Ignorance or incomplete knowledge of God’s economic financial system
(Lack of Education and Financial Literacy)
2. Absence of skill or value that is needed and useful
(Proverbs 18:16)
3. The easiest way to be valuable is to be educated, most especially in our world today (Circular education or skill acquisition).
Education gives you a higher chance of financial emancipation. The 5 levels of education is:
• The ability to read and write
• The ability reason and proffer solution (verbal & Quantitaive reasoning)
• The ability to be intuitive
• Knowledge of communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of your field of endeavour
4. Lack of productivity and excellence:
• The ability to turn raw materials into processed and finished versions of itself makes you productive and you will attract value.
• Once there’s no production, there will always be poverty.
5. Lack of Spiritual empowerment
6. Impatience (Proverbs 13:11).
Our philosophy is not get rich quick, but rich in enough time to actualise destiny
7. Laziness
(Proverbs 20:4, Proverbs 12:27).
8. The economic and political policies that govern that nation, and that govern the region. It affects the territory on a macro level
9. Security: Stability in security has the potential to attract foreign direct investment and impede the economic emancipation in that region
10. infrastructure

I pray for you: may your hands begin to bear fruit and become productive from this day forward, in the name of Jesus Christ!
May the grace for visibility and the favor to be seen rest upon you, in Jesus’ name!
Declare: I receive the grace to be productive, in Jesus Christ’s name!

Breathe Upon by Apostle Selman

Prophecy: May the grace for visibility and the favor to be recognized rest upon you, in Jesus name!
Declare: I receive the grace to be fruitful, productive, and impactful, in Jesus’ name!

Declare: Every spirit that causes you to look down on yourself, I cast it out forever, in Jesus Christ’s name!

Prophecy: Anyone occupying your place due to carelessness, I call upon the God of my covenant, may He redirect your path and restore your rightful position, in Jesus Christ’s name!

Keys To Lasting Wealth and Abundance:
1. A heart for God and a heart for Kingdom Come. (2 Chronicles 26:5, Psalm 34:10, 23:1)
You must love The Lord far above money and your desire for wealth and abundance.
2. You must contend for mental transformation (an editing of your belief systems).
3. Invest in quality education.
Educate your mind first before you focus on external things. Build and increase your knowledge bank. You cannot be blessed sustainably in ignorance.
4. Be productive.
Prayer and fasting should not replace productivity; it should empower productivity.
Acquire skills and value that is needed, and learn how to turn them into products and services. Learn how to brand and market your value.
5. Build strategic networks and relationships.
You are as powerful as your network and as fortunate as the people who believe in you.
6. Build emotional strength and resilience. (Hebrews 6:15)

Spiritual activities should not be a substitute for productivity. It should boost the actions you are taking towards productivity.
• It is not being available that attracts favour, it’s about being known. Favour must have a location to get to. Always brand your impact.
• You must be known for something, find that something today!

Going to beg for opportunities will never give you opportunities. Use your value!

Prophecy: I declare that any voice lying to you, saying that you are a nonentity and stopping you from connecting to the right people, in the name that is above all names, that voice is silenced over your life, in the name of Jesus Christ!

The earlier you fail, the quicker you arrive!
Declare: I go forward, in the name of Jesus Christ!

In the School of Wisdom, every loss is a tuition fee. What you lose becomes an investment in learning, and in due time, the wisdom gained will repay you manifold.

7. Cry out for spiritual empowerment. (Deuteronomy 8:18, Proverbs 3:5-7)

Going to beg people for opportunities will never give you opportunities, package your value and present it to people as a service.
Network and rebrand your image, the image before you is what people will see.
We are approaching an era of Commonwealth as a church. Recycling of wealth within the body.
Build emotional strength and resilience (the capacity to weary failure until it leaves you).
• Fail early, so that you can go forward. Failure is like a tunnel on the road to success. You cannot pray against it, you can only pray for grace to not be drowned by it.
• In the school of wisdom, every money you lose will be refunded back. Take it as your tuition fee while going forward in the school of wisdom.
• Champions are not just people who succeed, they are people who failed without giving up, and learnt along the way.
• No amount of education will immune you for the blessing of exemption.

Hold the hands of the person beside you and lift your voices in prayer.

Cry out to God for freedom from lack, want, and poverty, that you may be empowered to live a life of dignity and purpose. A new season is unfolding for you, and it brings financial breakthrough and open doors of abundance.

Don’t break the formula, it is always, “In the Beginning, God”. Let there never be a thing in your life that you cannot involve God in!
Empowerment of the Holy Spirit that comes upon a person is in three (3) levels:
1. Mind – heightened understanding (Job 32:8)
2. Hands – endangers extraordinary productivity with ideas that empowers productivity, served with excellence.
3. Feets – divine direction, connecting you to the people that you need to succeed.

Reflect on your life and envision a new season ahead. See yourself rising above every financial limitation, clearing your debts, living with dignity, and walking a path of nobility, a roadmap that never fails.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I establish a covenant that my children will be protected from financial hardship and walk in provision, abundance, and favor.

Pray: Father, from this day, I establish a covenant that my children will not inherit my financial struggles or pain.
Pray: Lord, the generations after me will not serve the enemy or be turned aside by lack. May they walk in provision, favor, and divine abundance.

Pray: Father, from this day, I establish a covenant that my children will not endure the financial hardships I once faced.
Declare: Having discovered these divine keys, they will not serve any other god in their pursuit of financial emancipation. There is a Kingdom way, and I have chosen to walk in it, ensuring that provision, favor, and abundance follow my family.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray over you and the works of your hands, be blessed!
May ideas, like refreshing rain, pour abundantly upon your mind!
May wealth-generating ideas flow from the throne of God into your life!
I pray that every area of gifting and talent in your life that has yet to produce profit, by the same power that raised Christ from the dead, I release into the realm of profit and abundance!

“And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places…” — Isaiah 45:3 (KJV)
I pray that your eyes will perceive what others cannot see, in the mighty name of Jesus!
The strategic networks and relationships you need this season to lift your hands and advance your destiny—I call upon the God of heaven: between now and the end of December, encounter those connections by the power that raised Christ from the dead!
Global connections for you!
Regional connections for you!
Territorial connections for you!
Local connections for you!

Anyone positioned in high places, who has what it takes to be a leverage for you, I decree and declare, may God use them to lift you!

For some, you are standing at the second phase of Pharaoh’s dream, where the lean cows consumed the fat ones, a season of plenty has passed, and you are contending with an aggressive season of famine. “…they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.” (Isaiah 42:22, KJV). But hear the word of the Lord tonight:

I decree and declare: everything appointed unto death because of your circumstances, by reason of your presence here, exemption is released over you and your family!

Every stunted, dying, bleeding, or seemingly dead venture (businesses, ministries, academic pursuits, creative gifts, tech projects, political callings, and professional endeavors), hear the word of the Lord: come back to life now! Go forward and prosper.

Prosper by righteousness!
Prosper by wisdom!
Prosper with integrity!
Prosper without compromise!
May you walk in lasting wealth, enduring abundance, and peace of mind, in the mighty name of Jesus.
