Go ahead and bless the name of The Lord. Thank Him for health and vitality. Thank Him for the hope we have in Him.
Thank Him for the confidence that comes from knowing His Word. Thank Him because you will never remain at this level again: You’re transiting to new levels in glory.
Go ahead and give God thanks.

“For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭28‬:‭10‬ ‭(KJV‬‬)

“Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us, even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word; it seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus, that thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.” – ‭‭Luke‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭(KJV‬‬)

One of the factors that distinguishes Christian faith from all other religions is that Christians have a functional relationship with God.
That is, the Christian faith teaches that an individual can uniquely have a functional, provable and personal relationship with God beyond a theoretical knowledge of Him.

“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” – John 17:3 (KJV)

As mighty and mysterious God is, He can be known; He wants to be known.

“Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” – John 5:39 (KJV)

An individual can have a functional relationship with God that can be proven on earth.
A relationship with God and access to knowledge through His Word are two related but distinctly different realities and the primary way to know about God is through the Scriptures.

A Believer can be an intelligent scholar of The Word and still not truly know God.
Having a relationship with God is related to, but distinctly different from, knowing the Scriptures.

In the Believer’s search to attain unto maturity, the Believer is mandated to encounter the two dimensions of God’s Word, including:

– The Word of God as a person, revealed through Jesus Christ
– The Word of God as a compendium of the thoughts and speakings of God.

The Bible contains a documented account of the life and ministry of God, and a record of the gospel, but the Bible itself is not God.
There is The Word of God as a Person (the Living Word), and The Word of God as the compendium of God’s thoughts and speakings (Logos).

To experience dominion, power, and grace, it is essential to encounter The Word of God.
The Word of God is contained in the Bible: the Bible is like a tray bearing The Word of God.

The Gifts God Gave to Man at the Point of Salvation:

1. The Forgiveness of Sins.
(Ephesians 1:7)
2. The Gift of Righteousness.
(Romans 5:17)
3. Zoe – Eternal Life
(John 10:10)

Eternal life (Zoe) is beyond mere endless existence. It is the summation of every component in God, that upgrades man to the God-class.

Declare: I HAVE THE LIFE OF GOD!

God desires that all people be saved. The greatest need of any unbeliever, from a spiritual standpoint, is salvation and beyond initial salvation, the next step is the journey of transformation and empowerment.
The greatest need of a Believer in Christ Jesus, is transformation.
The greatest need of a transformed Believer is empowerment.

For transformation to fully occur, there are three ministries a Believer must be exposed to:

1. The Ministry of The Holy Spirit (primarily through prayer) —
John 16:13, 1 Corinthians 2:10–12
2. The Ministry of The Word —
1 Peter 2:2, Acts 20:32
3. The Ministry of a Teaching-Priest
(2 Chronicles 15:3-5, Jeremiah 3:15, Acts 8:29-40)

Many prayer requests are reports and pointers that reveal an individual’s spiritual state or level of stunted growth.
The theology of prayer was primarily intended to foster fellowship with The Holy Spirit (Koinonia).

The immunity for anyone desiring to be free from the attack of the enemy is not just Church, but Christ Jesus.
It is the name of The Lord that is a strong tower. It is that name that the Church bears.

“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.” – Acts 20:32 (KJV)

To build Believers, men of God must commend the Believers to The Word of God. When a servant of God is not grounded in God’s Word, he or she will route the transformation process of the Believer being mentored, through a means that is not Spiritual and scriptural, such as visions, dreams, prophecies, out-of-body experiences and the likes.
The Word of God is and remains the principal tool for the Believer’s enlightenment and transformation.

To reiterate, the Bible contains:

1. Promises
(2 Peter 1:4)
2. ⁠Principles
(Matthew 13:11, Job 38:33)
3. ⁠Prophecies
(2 Peter 1:19-20)

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness” – 2 Timothy 3:16 (KJV)

Many Believers interact with The Word and can’t seem to produce results in their lives. There is a way and manner to engage The Word as a Believer, so that it becomes profitable to you.
(Proverbs 4:20-22, Hebrews 4:12)

Factors that can make The Word of God unprofitable –

1. Tradition (the stiffness of mind; a mind fixated on tradition):
Tradition in this context is a stiffness of mind that resists spiritual things, creating a mental mold The Word of God must fit into before it is acceptable for them.
(Mark 7:13)
2. The heart condition of the recipient of The Word.
(Luke 8:12–14)
3. Unmixed with faith – The unwillingness to translate knowledge to action through obedience, so that it delivers results.
(Hebrews 4:1-2)

In addition to the factors that can make The Word unprofitable, one of the major reasons why Believers may possess a lot of spiritual information, yet fail to walk in victory, dominion, grace, and power is this:
Our knowledge is often:
– Random
– Disjointed
– Non-sequential
– Incomplete (in many regards)
– Imbalanced
(Ezekiel 37:7, Hebrews 6:1-3)

To be a person of stature, you need beyond the awareness of knowledge. Knowledge has to be structured and sequential to produce victory out of a Believer.
When The Word of God doesn’t profit an individual, of many reasons, it could be that the individual has not followed The Word sequentially and structurally.

FALSE TEACHINGS THAT ROB BELIEVERS OF VICTORY AND POWER

1. Teaching on the gifts of The Spirit without the foundation of salvation.
2. Teaching on holiness and consecration without the power and finished work of the Cross.
3. Teaching faith as merely a tool for receiving from God.
The assignment of faith is not only to receive things from God. In the Kingdom, faith must be connected to the will and programme of God for it to be considered true Bible faith. Faith is also staying with God in hard seasons.

The key to genuine deliverance is the Cross. When Believers are taught holiness and consecration without showing them the power of the cross, they will continue to live in sin, falsehood and perpetual guilt.

If Believers are taught that the only assignment of faith is as a tool to receive from God, the Believer is soon to be frustrated. The assignment of faith is not only to receive things from God. For faith to be called Bible faith, it must be connected to the will of God.

A generation is falling away from God, and as Believers, we have an assignment to give answers to the throbbing questions of many. When we fail to answer these questions, a lot of people may begin to consider leaving God.

God is able to provide all you need, but as a Believer, your posture must be to love Him beyond what He can give you.

The Believer only becomes powerful to the degree to which his or her spiritual knowledge is structured, built, understood, aggregated, and engaged to produce results.

God must test your motive before He releases a grace (an apportioned anointing) to you. The economy of heaven works with the purity of a person’s motive.

The intent of tonight’s teaching is to show Believers that there is a sequential arrangement for the journey of transformation, empowerment and the required evolution, until we become witnesses.

ASSIGNMENT:
1. Write out the various areas of your life where you are yet to experience victory in Christ Jesus.
2. Take an inventory of your life and an inventory of your knowledge bank, and vet your understanding of the Spirit-life, Kingdom, God’s prophetic program, victory and dominion and see the degree of light you have or lack.

If you want to produce undeniable results in your life, re-evaluate your motivation. Why are you seeking God? Why do you come to the place of prayer or attend church?
God desires to meet your needs but more importantly, He desires that you love and seek Him beyond your needs.

CAUTION: Your desire mustn’t be to be the greatest in life, rather it must be to know God.

You must know God’s agenda before you ask for His resources, because His resources are for His agenda.

PRAYER POINTS

• Lord, for every spiritual class I may have missed, bring me to it. I desire wholesome and sequential knowledge.
• You are The Potter, and I am the clay, break me again if You must, and let the building begin afresh.
• Reveal any teaching I’ve embraced that has corrupted my motivation for You.
  Rearrange my spiritual understanding; let my hunger, passion, and thirst for You be greater than my desire for things or for making a name for myself.

Pray: Father, for every gap in my spiritual understanding, by Your mercy and grace, bring completion to my knowledge, in the name of Jesus Christ!

I decree and declare by the power of The Holy Spirit, that as death to the flesh works in you through consecration; let life begin to emanate from you to the nations, in the name of Jesus Christ!
I decree and declare, because you have exalted Jesus above and beyond your needs, and made a determination to love Him beyond the things that money can give, I pray for you, you will look to the left and right and find no need again, in Jesus’ name.

As you seek God, all other things shall be added unto you, in the name of Jesus Christ!
I speak over your week beginning, let it be blessed, blessed with favour, good things and good news!
May your hunger for Jesus, your appetite for prayer and The Word of God continually grow.

Let this be the week where The Lord by His Spirit will close every gap in knowledge. Let this be the week you’ll hear what you’ve never heard before. Let this be the week you’ll learn what you’ve never learnt before.
You will interact with wisdom beyond your current comprehension, in the name of Jesus!

Because your heart is stayed on God, those who matter for the next level of your life may my God gravitate them toward you, in the name of Jesus Christ!
I call you blessed in the name of Jesus!
You are blessed in the city!
You are blessed in the country!
Your going out is blessed!
Your coming in is blessed!

The works of your hands are blessed!
You will not die this week, The Preserver preserves you, The Lifter lifts you, The Blesser blesses you, The Helper helps you, The Announcer announces you!
It will be clear that the hand of God is upon your life.
Anyone who means you evil, your God will judge them, in the name of Jesus Christ!

We are in the days of His power, and this calls for personal revival and spiritual awakening.
Are you yet to heed the call of Jesus Christ? Tonight, He is reaching out to you once again, ready to show you a path that leads to life and eternal glory.
Take this bold step of faith and begin the journey of salvation by saying “yes” to Jesus Christ. With faith in your heart, declare this prayer of salvation to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour.
