Part 1: Re-Defining The Blessing (The Blessing of Abraham) by Apostle Selman

The Bible says the entrance of his word gives light and it gives understanding unto the simple. John 1:5 says, “The light shineth in the darkness and the darkness comprehend that it not with your faith lifted to the heavens.

The purpose for the blessing I begin with a quote from a daily rever mentor now gone to be with the Lord Dr. Miles Monroe made a very profound and popular statement that when the purpose of a thing is not known, he says abuse becomes inevitable.

The word abuse comes from two words, abnormal use. Every time the purpose of a thing is not known, you will use it in an abnormal way. And it’s called abuse.

So the purpose of the blessing now that we’ve understood that the blessing talks about the Holy Spirit alongside all the resources that comes with him providing an advantage for the believer in and through Christ.

Genesis 12:3. He’s proposing a blessing to Abraham now. And he says, “I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that cursseeth thee.”

So you have to train your mind and the way you train your mind is to think on these things. Philippians 4:8. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are honest, pure, true, noble, if there be any good, if there be any virtue, he says, think on these things. You can train your mind to think on these things.

The word families there go beyond just nuclear houses and homes. It also extends to people groups. In thee Genesis 12 and:3 All the families of the earth shall be blessed.

Ephesians chapter 2 and verse 10. Paul the Apostle mentoring the church in Ephesus. He makes a very profound statement.

You are God’s masterpiece.

The Bible says he has created us a new in Christ Jesus so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Not his planning. He’s not wondering what to make out of your life. There is a script already.

Everything in the king derives its value to the degree to which it is connected to purpose.

The beauty of Esther meant nothing except and unless it became connected to purpose. The moment it became a tool for the salvation of God’s people, it found its value there.

Now the believer must sustain such an orientation that you don’t celebrate things just for what they are. You only celebrate them because of their ability to used to fulfill kingdom come together whether it’s a job whether it’s a promotion.

Nothing in itself exists for itself. Nature should teach us that the orange tree does not eat its orange. The mango tree does not eat the mango.

Everything in creation finds fulfillment when it lives for a cause bigger than itself. Bigger than itself.

Now the man who is not in Christ is largely about self. And so there’s no purpose connected to the things that they want. Is the reason why the Bible says the prosperity of fools. You know why they are called fools?

There are two expressions in the Bible that have disturbed me. Pastor number one is the poor wise man because wisdom and poverty should not go hand in hand. Unfortunately, you find that in the Bible. And then the other one is the rich fool.

I believe that what made the man a fool was the fact that he did not look at a bigger cause beyond himself. He built bands, filled all his treasure, and here’s what he says. My soul find rest. Not knowing that the purpose of the blessing in any expression whatsoever is so that you can reach out to others.

Everything in the kingdom derives its value to the degree to which it is connected to purpose. your job, your singing, your gifts, your abilities, they only derive their value to the degree to which they are connected to purpose.

Now, what is the purpose of the Holy Spirit as the blessing in the life of the believer? It’s important for us to know not just to appreciate him as the blessing, but what exactly is he here in our lives to do knowing that he’s the blessing.

I’ll give you a two-fold assignment or purpose that the Holy Spirit revealing himself in the life of the believer as the blessing.

He comes for two reasons:

1. Number one, to help the believer experience the reality of victory, dominion, and fulfillment while on earth.
I’ll give you the best reason. This is why the Holy Spirit comes as the blessing. The purpose of the blessing in the life of the believer to help the believer. To help the believer experience the reality of victory, the reality of dominion, the reality of fulfillment whilst on earth.

In 2 Peter chapter 1:4, the Bible says, “Whereby are giving to us exceeding great and precious promises, that by these we might be partakers of his divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

So apostle Peter was teaching us that it’s important for us to have the experience if it is true that we have become one with Christ.

Remember he that is joined to Christ is one spirit and that has happened by the Holy Ghost and that when the Holy Ghost comes upon an individual more so as the blessing.

He has the singular assignment of guiding and helping that believer experience the reality. The reality of victory. Of dominion and fulfillment. Victory, dominion, fulfillment.

It is impossible to walk in victory. It is impossible to walk in dominion. It is impossible to live a fulfilled life. Without the blessing.

So the key truly living a life of victory, living a life of dominion and a life of fulfillment is the blessing. You can go all around. You can do anything, navigate through any other route. You will never truly live a victorious life in Christ. You will never truly walk in dominion in experience. And you will never truly find a fulfilled life or live a fulfilled life. Find fulfillment except and unless the blessing is upon you.

2. The second assignment of the Holy Spirit as the blessing in the believer’s life is to empower the believer to fulfill the mandate of being a global blessing.

Genesis 12:3 In thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed. In thee. Are you seeing that the Holy Spirit is fair enough? He does a work in you so that you become an experiential beneficiary of the benevolence, the victory of Christ. But then he reminds you that there is a mandate that is not all about you. It doesn’t stop here.

Now it’ll be unfair if he just focuses on the nations and then he leaves you. So he starts with you. The reason why a cup overflows is that it is first filled. Am I right? So you are filled.

Then when you are filled to the brim, you now begin to overflow to the nations. Remember he spoke about in John chapter 9 spoke about the Holy Spirit in that great day, the last day, final day of the he said anyone who thirst let him come and drink and out of your belly will flow rivers. Remember the Bible says this spake he of the Holy Ghost. He spake of the Holy Ghost that those who would receive he will be in them a well springing up.

Praise the name of the Lord. So to empower the believer to fulfill the mandate of being a global blessing. Yesterday you said I am blessed. Now you shout I am a blessing. I am a blessing. That’s today’s catchphrase. Again say I am a blessing. I am a blessing. It doesn’t stop by saying I am blessed. It is true that you are blessed.

Why are you blessed? Because you have received Jesus. You have been justified by faith. You have received the blessing of Abraham and is giving you access to receive the promise of the spirit through faith, the Holy Ghost. He is the reason, the foundation for your being blessed.

So say I am blessed. I am blessed. And now understanding the purpose of the blessing, you can boldly say I am a blessing. You don’t need a job yet to say that. Say I am a blessing. I am a blessing. You don’t need an award yet to say that. Say I am a blessing. I am a blessing. That means the capacity, the coming of the Holy Spirit in your life.  He also comes with the potential.

But it’s important for you to know that his coming gives you potential to be a blessing. I like that. In thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed. Say, I’m a blessing. I’m a blessing.

So he empowers the believer to fulfill the mandate of being a blessing. Extending salvation, extending healing, extending wealth, extending victory to others. He empowers the believer. Second and more important assignment of the blessing to empower the believer to fulfill the mandate of being a global blessing. extending salvation, extending healing, extending wealth, extending victory, extending deliverance, extending preservation.

Like Joseph, remember Joseph was an instrument of preservation not only for his family but it later affected the Jews. They would have died of hunger except that God raised Joseph not just as a deliverer but as a preserver.

I’m prophesying over someone in the name of Jesus that all who know you will thank God because you are alive. Again that all who know you, they will thank God because you are alive. that in your lifetime, for those of you who still have your parents and your loved ones alive, they will get on their knees one day and say, “Thank God for giving me a gift of a child.”

And so I’m saying again that because of the extent of your impact and how much you are a blessing, people will name their children after you, name their businesses after you in the name of Jesus Christ.

It is a powerful thing to be a blessing. You know, we live in a very selfish world. We live in a world that is all about ourselves. There’s a level and a quality of living. You will never be able to understand until you are a blessing. Amen.

If your life is all about yourself, all about your nuclear environment, your wealth, your health, your living, there you are far short of God’s standard. There is a level I can tell you with all humility.

I think the greatest fulfillment in my life is not just preaching. It’s not just the things that I do, but knowing that you are able to make that contribution significant and consistent enough that you can look at lives, homes, cities, nations, and you see that they have you are literally shaping cultures, discipling nations.

Every time I have the opportunity to stand and bring the word of God, I am I am honored beyond imagination because there are nations connected. Someone literally depends on my spiritual efficiency for their growth. I take that as a profound honor. Praise the Lord.

And so God is stretching us this morning and all through this session that it’s time to begin to look away from yourself. But can I tell you the truth? It is going to be difficult to truly be a blessing until God sorts your own life too.

It is such that I have is the reason why we must pray the prayer of the psalm is satisfy me early with your goodness.

The reason why Satan keeps preoccupying us, forcing us, and trying to make sure our life does not work is because he knows that when you are done with yourself, the next thing is to look out for the nations. So he will make sure you are never done with yourself. And all through your lifetime, you will be about trying to make your own ends meet and your head bowed down. By the time you lift your eyes, you are days left on earth. And you find out that you’ve lived a very selfish life. Not because you’re a selfish person. It’s a manipulation from darkness. Yeah, it is true.

Every man gives according to his riches in glory. Every man gives. It is not just God. Every man gives. Paul said such I mean Peter said such as I have, you’ll need to have first before you are able to give. Praise the name of the Lord.

And so by this I’m praying for someone in the name of Jesus. Everything needed for life and godliness that’s been released in Christ and is yet to find expression in your life. I pray for you from the depth of my heart in this season. May the Lord bring you into that reality on time. The word is on time in the name of Jesus. If it’s finances, let it come to you on time in the name of Jesus.

I can tell you Satan has a one of the ways he distracts from being blessings is to cause trouble around us and we never find personal victories. You cannot go and save another nation when your own nation is in war. You will have to fight first.

When kings were confronted in ancient times, they called their allies who were already enjoying peace, come and join us because there’s war. But when Satan preoccupies you, your child is having some problem, your finances going down, your papers, your health, you will not even have the time to be a blessing. It’s a strategy.

I say that so that when it’s time to pray, you are going to cry onto the Lord. That you step into that covenant of peace, nothing missing, nothing broken, so that you can have the time.

There is a level of lifting that when God brings to your life in all honesty, it will sort you and give you peace and give you enough time to not only participate in kingdom come, but even to fund it.

I believe there are people who will rise from here and in the name of Jesus, you literally will set up organizations and you’ll begin to fund God’s program without manipulation in the name of Jesus Christ.

Say, “I am blessed.” Say, “I’m a blessing.” One more time. Say, “I am blessed.” Say, I am a blessing. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. I am a blessing. Not just to your spouse. I am a blessing. I believe that the Bible says, for I reckon that the sufferings of this present time, Romans 8:18, they are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us. And then verse 19 says, “For the endless expectation of the creator awaited the manifestation of the sons.” The sons of God. The sons of God. One version says, “Creation is waiting earnestly for God to reveal those who his sons truly are.” Truly are. Yeah, that’s it.

Creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are. You don’t look like it now, but keep walking. Keep building. Let the blessing keeps doing its work in you. It does not yet appear what we shall be like. And so when the Holy Spirit comes upon an individual as the blessing or generally speaking, when the blessing rests upon a believer, it’s for this two-fold purpose. Number one, to help the believer experience the reality of victory, of dominion, and of fulfillment. You should be able to defend the ministry of the blessing in your life.

When you boldly tell people I am blessed, when they say how, you can explain. When they say to what end, you can explain. You see the missing link. So many believers say, “I am blessed.” You say, “What does that mean?” You say, “Well, I just know that I’m blessed.” No.

It must become the things that are most surely believed that you are persuaded beyond uh being swayed. To empower believers to fulfill the mandate of being a global blessing.

Now I tell you this. Do you know that your results are important not only to you but to God? Have you been told and taught that it matters to God that you produce results for many reasons? Your producing result, It validates many things upon the earth about God.

Number one, it validates that his love like Dr. Monroe would say it validates that the product he created is efficient.

The Bible calls it his name’s sake. There is his logo on your life and it matters that you are not portrayed as a fake product.

The integrity of the king is at stake upon the earth until and unless the saints begin to manifest that life of dominion and victory.

Your results producing results. And my life changed when I realized that as mighty as God is, the preservation of his name, his reputation in the world of men depends on my efficiency. Yes, it does.

That’s why he’s gone that far to invest all these resources in my life. He does that because he loves me. But he also does it for his name sake. It’s name’s sake. His name’s sake. His name’s sake.

It’s amazing how nations can go to war because of one person, one person who is a citizen of that nation and they can they can spend millions of dollars and all of that just to protect that one person. That’s how it is. You are a defender of God’s reputation. You are a defender of God’s love. And it matters that you produce results.

Someone shout, I produce results. I produce results. One more time, I produce results in ministry, in business.

I’m I’m one person who is I’ll tell you by my nature I’m a very self-motivated person. I’m not one person who needs any encouragement whether you encourage me or not. I mean I just sit down and think very well. I don’t cry and say you are not encouraging me. I’m not for some reason it’s it’s worked out as an advantage in this apostolic ministry but I I need little or no encouragement. Believe me.

I mean I just fire through and make sure the reason is because my conviction as to producing result did not come from a a carnal desire to be great. I found out from the Bible that the more I produce results, I give evidence to the might, the love, the power, the wisdom of Jesus upon the earth. And that provided well enough to drive me to producing results.

So whether it’s investing time in prayer, in fasting, in learning, in building, in creativity, in productivity, in leadership, I am all about seeing that my life blossoms, producing 100. I don’t have time for 30fold. I don’t have time for 60fold. No, that’s not I you can have that if you want, but I mean in my world, it is 100fold. I mean, we press the throttle to the Yes.

But this is what I’ve learned. That God can be glorified, pastor, in a man. Galatians 1:24. And they glorified God in me. This is powerful. And they glorified God. This is it, ladies and gentlemen. This right here, right here should be your object of pursuit. Not just to be rich, not just to be intelligent, not just to rise to the zenith of your career. And they glorified God in me. That’s the point of the believer’s satisfaction until you hit this target. You’re not yet there. You keep pressing that they glorified God in me.

In John 17 from verse one, the Bible says Jesus lifted up his eyes to the heavens. He’s about to pray. This is really the Lord’s prayer. Now he lifts his eyes to the heavens and he says, “Father, the hour is come.” Lester read with me. Glorify thy son that thy son also may glorify. So God glorifies the son to the end that the son in being glorified brings glory to the father. In theology, we call it the reflection principle.

The reflection principle. The reflection principle. In interpreting the vision, Joseph tells his father. He says, “I saw the sun.” Meaning his father, “I saw the moon.” You see that the moon does not have any glory of itself. It derives its illumination from its alignment with the sun. That’s how it is.

So when you align yourself to God by his spirit, you begin to shine that light through you to the nations. They see the beauty that is of God through your life. You are the visible expression of his person, of his glory. They can’t see him. One day we will see him. But for now, except you are given access to visionary encounters, you are not able to see him. But we are the ambassadors.

We are the extensions of his wisdom, his power, his possibilities. Ephesians 3:10 says to the intent that now unto principalities and powers might be made known by the church, the manifold, multi-layered wisdom of God. The blessing.

Now I tell you why God desires that you produce results. John 15:8. So the whole of John Jesus is revealed there as the vine.  In fact, let’s look from verse one.

John 15:1-8 KJV, John 15:16 KJV

That your fruit should remain. Longevity of your impact. That your fruit should remain.

Say I’m fruitful. Yes, I’m fruitful because the blessing is upon me. I’m fruitful in the name of Jesus Christ. Now in Matthew chapter 5, this was an extension of his teachings. We know that to be the biatitudes. Remember by the time we get to verse 13, Jesus now begins to describe the church, his body. Now, of course, they were not yet saved. They were not really the church as it were, but they were the people he was teaching because the church only came after Jesus had resurrected.

When you say I am a blessing, what you said is not I have. What you said is I am a giver. Next time you say I am a blessing. Think giving not having now the cannal man and sometimes sometimes we preachers sincerely so we engineer people’s mind into believing that it’s in the acquisition of things that they are the blessing.

No when you say I am a blessing what you mean is I am a giver. Not just I have. The fact that you have agreed that you are a giver already means you have.

The nobler part of being a blessing is that you focus on being a giver. A giver, the one who reaches, the one who extends. Of what good is it if the Bible describes heaven, tells us how wonderful the throne room is, and then leaves us in our sin and our inability to help ourself.

God demonstrated indeed that he was a God of all flesh and that he was a blessing not just by creating the heavens and the earth but giving Jesus the greatest gift. Greater love had no man than this than a man lays down. It’s always giving. No one has received a Nobel Prize for receiving. It’s always forgiving. Forgiving. Forgiving.

You must have that giving mentality. If I come into a system, I don’t think what will I get. I’ve re-engineered my mind. Now, this shift in mentality is one of the things God wants to introduce in this conference.

Are you seeing now that for the average person, the moment we talk about blessing, we’re not thinking about the world. We’re not thinking about our environment. Unfortunately, we’re not even thinking about our children, all we’re thinking is myself, my car, Ferrari, houses, and that’s wonderful.

But the kingdom orientation I’m telling you is that when you say I am blessed, what you mean is that I am in Christ and I have the Holy Spirit resident within me and he’s given me access to all the resources that makes for my victory, for my dominion and for my fulfillment.

Now when you say I am a blessing, you mean I am a giver. I take advantage of the Holy Spirit and the resources he’s put within me and I extend salvation. I extend healing. I extend hope to someone learning now.

Shout, I’m a blessing. Say it again. Say, I’m a blessing as a businessman. I am a blessing as a doctor. I’m a blessing. I’m not just treating patients. I am a blessing as a lecturer. I’m a blessing as a pastor. I’m a blessing. Hallelujah. Amen.

So he says you are the salt of the earth. But if the salt is lost his savor, you know what that means? It’s capacity to be a blessing. So salt can become salt just in name. But in impact it may not be there.

And notice how powerful salt is. You don’t need the same quantity of salt as the same quantity of rice. Don’t tell me you are few. That’s it’s it’s about the presence and the effect.

It means your territory should feel the effect of the glory, the power, the wisdom of God. Listen, I want you to see that Bible also shows us that there is a possibility for salt to lose its savor.

That means you can have for whatever reason you can have salt and yet it does not taste like salt.

That’s what Paul call it. He calls it being flooded with light. Ephesians chapter 1, his prayer that I pray that the eyes of your understanding will be flooded with light that you may know is the word epicnosis come into oneness with that knowledge. Not just awareness. Not just awareness.

You are the salt of the earth. You are light. Listen to me ladies and gentlemen. You are not a source of inconvenience to people. Don’t carry that mentality. You are not a burden to people.

I know you don’t have a job yet. I know you things are yet to be in place. But it first starts with a mentality. Rise up and walk.

The mentality to rise up and walk is what attracts the grace to rise up and walk. The man who was at gate beautiful. You know the reason why he was kept in front of the gate so that he will see. There was a reason. If the gate was beautiful, my life can be beautiful. So although he was crippled, he was kept there. He had the mindset to rise up and walk. So when the possibility to rise up and walk came.

There are many, many, many people who do not have the mentality of a winner. I’m not talking of a braggadocious, arrogant um you know marketing of self. I’m talking about settled confidence. I don’t need a job to convince me that I’m light. I don’t need a job to convince me that I’m salt. The word of God says so.

I believe first the righteousness that is of faith. You see, you first believe then you become. You don’t become then believe afterwards. Say I’m the salt. You bring value. Barukabak.

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. You come into a family. You come into a territory. You come with greetings. You come with blessings. You come as a blessing in the name of Jesus.

For the one two days that we’ve been in Leicester, I expect people and families to have been having angelic encounters. It’s true. We came with a cloud. We came with a presence beyond this meeting.

I’ll tell you my mentality at the risk of sounding proud. These are not the only people I’m speaking to. No, the grace to the territory means someone somewhere who did not even attend the conference does not even know that you know the lesser blessing is happening all of a sudden his prayer life is coming alive because grace was supplied your presence grace was supplied

I told you yesterday how many people prayed at Paul and Silas’s prison only two Paul and Silas but when the blessing came everyone That’s how it is. Again, say I’m a blessing. I carry life. I carry health. Oh yes. Yes.

When you see me, I represent God’s mercy. I represent hope. It is true. It has nothing to do with being a preacher. It’s a mentality. It’s a mentality. It’s a mentality.

You’re not the one who is disadvantaged. Refuse to believe that. You’re not the one who is disadvantaged. Why we look not at the things that are seen, but the things that are unseen? For the things that are seen are temporal. Temporal. Temporal.

Take that mentality. I am a blessing. This is how I live. It’s my mindset. I don’t have to come on pull pits to be a blessing. No, my atmosphere is a blessing. My words are blessings. When you see me, I represent love. I represent hope. I represent grace. I shake hands with you. Good for your destiny. Something must change. Yes, sir. It’s true. It’s true.

Listen, if all believers carried this mentality, then when you come to church, you’ll be receiving both vertically and horizontally because your your attention will not just be on the preacher alone.

You now know that whoever it is that is sitting close to you must have been an orchestration of the wisdom of God.

And that the grace that may not direct flow from the man of God can flow through someone who seated close to you. Take away that narrative that only a few people are blessings. No, no, no. I blessed. Why? Not because there’s some car parked in my house. I am blessed. Not because of some celebrity status. No, that’s a poor education. If you say I am blessed because of things, you were not mentored well. No. When believers become mature and become of stature, their justification is hinged to Christ and the spirit, not the works of not just the works of the flesh. Even the efforts, your efforts.

So as a preacher, when you say I am blessed, they ask you why. Say because of abundance of revelation. No sir, you got it wrong. You got it wrong because there are so many people. I have so many people following you. Got it wrong. Those are evidences of the blessing.

The reason why I’m blessed is because I have received the blessing of Abraham. I’ve been justified by faith, believing even though not deserving. It’s been imputed onto me as righteousness. And he’s given me access to receive the blessing, the spirit of grace. He’s come with all the resources as Ephesians 1 and:3 says that I’ve been blessed with every spiritual resource in heavenly places in Christ. And now that I’m in Christ, access is a possibility.

I’m going to be teaching you how to activate the blessing. But for now, I I’m just drumming it the purpose of the blessing. And to convince you beyond any shadow of doubt, you must carry this mentality. I am a blessing. Imagine if a wife had this understanding to her husband. I am a blessing. I didn’t come as a curse to you. No. Imagine if a man had this to a woman. You know how many marriages will be fixed? I am a blessing.

The reason for your joy, the reason for your peace, the reason for fulfillment. again say I’m a blessing. Imagine if many employees carry this mentality to their jobs. It doesn’t matter how minimal or how noble the job is. Provided you are there, you are a factor.

Jacob had this mentality. When he went to the house of Laban, he expected things to change. And even though Laban manipulated him, Laban had to go and consult with divers. What is the reason for my prosperity? And they said it’s traceable to peace man. So when Jacob said you know what I need to leave. He said no way for someone your corporation will double triple quadruple your salary.

I’m telling you to keep you because they would have learned that you are such an an an advantage to the company. Hallelujah.

And I’m not just talking because of your technical value. Some of them will go quietly and consult with spirits and they will say among the many people to not drive is this sister. You drive them your company goes down. One man becoming like a nation. Do you believe that?

Again say I’m a blessing. Yes you are. Yes you are. Yes you are. You are a blessing to those who know you. To those who do not know you. You are a blessing because you carry the blessing.

If I have to preach to be a blessing, then I’m not really a blessing. I’m a blessing to my world because there is a mandate upon me. It’s why the Holy Spirit came to make me a blessing to the world. And when I see people attest to the fact that I’m a blessing, I am humbled and I’m grateful that finally that which has been real in my life and in my spirit has become before men. I’m a blessing. I am God’s masterpiece. I’m his workmanship created in Christ unto good works, not bad works, not evil works.

Do you know the consciousness of being a blessing also transfers upon you the discipline to remain a blessing. So when the enemy comes to suggest to your mind to be involved in things that destroy people’s lives like gossiping like all of that the knowledge that you are blessing gives you the staying power to resist it.

That means it’s a demeaning experience to your status in Christ to be involved in the things that steal and kill and destroy.

That’s the correct that’s the orientation that plants within you the discipline. You know you are a blessing. I can’t go to bed knowing that someone is crying because of what you did. You woke up in the morning and invested your 24 hours bringing bleeding many hearts and you go back to bed rejoicing. You can’t be a blessing that way.

Unfortunately, there are many people in the body of Christ who purport to be blessings, but all that they bring to themselves and those around them is pain and regret. Now, don’t feel bad, but it’s it’s true. There are people who can never have friends. The validity of friendship is two weeks.

They will say something, do something, and bring so much hurt, then leave people, then go back again. It’s time for you to make up your mind and say, “Satan, that manipulation that keeps making me a disadvantage to people, I c it by the blood.” I am a blessed meaning that people should wake up in the morning and say, “Father, thank you for your spirit, but thank you for Joshua Selman.”

Is someone learning that your boss should be able to look at you? It doesn’t matter if your boss is called Pharaoh or Nebuchadnezzar.  Let me have your attention for one minute. It I’m I’m I’m going ahead of your thoughts already.

It doesn’t matter if the name of your boss is Pharaoh or Nebuchadnezzar or Cyrus or who else again? Herod. You can still thrive. Go and read your Bible. Daniel did not need to change his boss to be light, to be salt, to be a blessing.

There are times God will place you in Egypt. And unfortunately, the head of Egypt is called the Pharaoh. He does not even serve your God nor regard all of that. But God can still make you a blessing. And Pharaoh can recognize that you are a blessing and exalt you to become second in command.

How about Daniel? The Bible tells us, oh, I like Daniel chapter 3. I mean, it’s incredible what happened when you read from verse 24 to the last verse. The Bible tells us that Nebuchadnezzar gets these three Hebrew boys to the burning fiery furnace. The Bible says at the end of everything Nebuchadnezzar had to pass a verdict and said when you read from verse 28, the Bible says Nebuchadnezzar said blessed be who blessed God Nebuchadnezzar blessed be the God of Shedrach Meshach and Abednego who had sent his angel and delivered his servants that trusted in him and has changed the king’s world and yielded their bodies that they might not serve or worship any other god except their own.

Now the verdict 29. Therefore I make a decree that every people, nation, language which speak anything against the God of Shedrach, Meshach, and Abednego shall be cut in pieces and their houses shall be made a donghill because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort. Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord.

The Bible says one time the king went to bed. He had a dream, forgot the dream. Imagine how wicked these kings were. A man goes to bed by himself. Now has a dream and forgets the dream. He wakes up and calls on all the astrologers, the sorcerers, necromancers, and they unable to reveal the dream. And he says, “Well, just to let you know, you are all going to die. I will kill you because I’m angry.” He did not punish himself for forgetting his own dream.

Then they called the attention of Daniel and it says, you know what? king, don’t be hasty. Give me time. And the Bible says when he went and the secret was revealed onto him and he shared the dream, you know, and so on and so forth, the Bible says the king worshiped him. I mean, the king was so amazed. He remembered everything. He said, “Keep your gifts to yourself. I’m not here because of your gift but just to you for you to know that there is a God in heaven and he began to reveal to him the gift and at the end of it you see the Bible says the king literally worshiped Daniel

There are people who look down on you now but very shortly as I teach you how to activate the blessing I’m telling you nations and kings nobles they will look for you they will call you to their office and for some of them for the first time they to swallow their pride and say,

“Listen, I I have to admit that you are a blessing. It took me a long time, but your consistency has stung my ego to a point I cannot deny you’re being a blessing.” May that be your testimony. In the name of Jesus Christ. Praise the name of the Lord.

In the kingdom when you say I am a blessing:

1. It means number one In the kingdom when you say I am a blessing or the implication to being a blessing is that number one you are joined to the blessing.

The only one who can be a blessing is the one who remains perpetually connected to the blessing.

When you say I am a blessing, it’s a declaration that I am joined to the blessing. Because it is of his fullness we have received.

2. Number two, when you say I am a blessing, it means you are a giver. I’m not talking of money at all. A giver, a giver of life, a giver of hope.

An extension of God’s possibilities. When we say we are blessings in the kingdom, we are givers, givers, givers in the name of Jesus. Everything increases when it comes in touch with you. You are a giver. You are a blessing.

So anytime you say I am a blessing. Number one, it is a declaration to everyone that I am connected to the blessing. The only one who can be a blessing truly. You find that in John 15.

I am the vine. He says you are the branches. He says it is in your abiding that you bear fruit. So everyone say I am a blessing. I am a blessing. Again say I’m a blessing. I am a blessing because I am connected I am to the blessing. One more time say I am a blessing. I am because I am connected to the blessing. Yes. You’re not just connected to a pronouncement.

You’re connected to the living spirit, the embodiment in whom I hid all the treasures of wisdom.

The reason why I’m a blessing is because I am connected to the blessing. Connected to blessing.

Number two, the reason why I am a blessing is because I have a determination within my heart to be a giver. A giver. A giver.

You must carry the giver mentality. Again, this is where with all due respect, I challenge ministers of the gospel. Now, it’s good to give. But when our theology of being a blessing ends only with just giving money, no, it’s beyond money. You are a giver of life. You are a giver of hope.

You can use words and change the trajectory of a man’s life. And then of course material blessings.

You know the Bible say Abraham blessed Isaac but to the sons that came with his other wives he gave them gifts. But to Isaac he gave nothing but he truly gave everything. The blessing. .

Take away a donation mentality. And I’m sorry. I’m sorry UK. Please don’t don’t be sad. I know that your system of course when you are filling your forms they say what’s it for? It’s good to write donation just because they didn’t hear what you are hearing but carry the mentality of a giver. When you give in the house of God.

When you give to a man of God when you give to a cause take away a donation mentality. You are a giver. If you if you have a donation mentality um it’s it’s not a kingdom mentality. Don’t get me wrong. If you’re dealing with people who are not of faith, you have to use the terms they are used to. You’re filling your forms, you have to use the terms they are used to. You avoid conflict as much as possible. You become all things to all men.

But when you come into the kingdom, you take away a donation mentality. God did not donate to us. He gave. And like him, we are givers. Say, I’m a giver. I’m a giver. Say it again. Say, I’m a giver. I’m a giver.

What you are saying is that I I have the benevolence to always release the ease to release to release life to release comfort to release resources.

Do you know resources financial resources are the least in your giving list. When you intercede for people, you are a giver. An intercessor is a giver. A comforter is a giver.

When you encourage someone who is downcast and crying, who’s come to the end of his life, and you tell him, you know what the Bible says, all the days of my appointed time, you are a giver, that’s giving.

Every preacher should know he’s a giver. You are giving. You are giving. I know you are paid a salary, but you are a giver. When you go to work, is it true that men can pay you for your time and your investment? Is that really how much you are worth? No. The salary is only a token, an expression to honor your value.

But you must know that I am a giver beyond this. That means where in expecting rewards, expect beyond salary. Men can give you their token of appreciation. But God also has a package for you. But that package only comes to the one who has a giver mentality. You’re my glory, the lifter up of my glory, the lifter up of my head. You are my glory, the lifter up of my hand.

Now God is able to bless people because you have walked in partnership with him. You have provided the resources on earth that he can use. There is a message he can use. Since the man will cannot hear him, he just sends a message. He just sends a book. He just sends your organization. He sends your NGO. He sends your value. Whatever it is,

I want you to leave this place knowing that I am blessed number one. But number two, I am and I want you to leave this place with capacity to explain and defend why you are blessed. To defend and explain why you are a blessing.

You failed my course woefully if you cannot tell me why you are blessed. And you cannot tell me why you are a blessing. So one last recap and then we’ll be upstanding to pray.

The believer based on the authority of God’s word is blessed. And the basis for that is that you have been justified by faith having received the life of God and the free gift that came through Christ. And it’s given you access to receive the promise of the spirit. And I told you that in the New Testament, the blessing goes beyond a pronunciation.

The speakings of the blessing still stand. But the blessing now has been embodied in the person of the Holy Spirit. And that when he comes and is resident in a believer’s life, he becomes the basis for your being blessed.

So if you say I am blessed, it is because I have been justified by faith and I have access to the spirit who is the blessing. And that when the Holy Spirit comes, he comes along all the spiritual resources that help the believer to live a life of victory, a life of dominion, and a life of fulfillment.

That being the first purpose of the blessing, it empowers the believer, the presence of the Holy Spirit in partnership with your will, in partnership with the word of God, in partnership with the teaching priest. They work together like the ingredients in making a meal to produce a believer who is victorious. A believer walks in dominion and who lives a fulfilled life.

The second purpose of the blessing is that it empowers you to be a blessing to fulfill that mandate. Genesis 12:3 to be a blessing to the entire creation.

And I told you that every time you say I am a blessing, the implication is number one, you are making a declaration that you are a blessing because you are connected to the blessing.

That’s the first basis. I am a blessing because I am connected to the Holy Spirit the blessing.

Number two, when you say I am a blessing, you mean I am a giver. I always look forward to seeing the betterment of those in my world more than receiving. Here’s how the Bible puts it. It is more blessed to give. It didn’t say it’s more rewarding. It uses the word blessed. It is more blessed to give than receive.

So in receiving you are also blessed. And we’ll talk of the receiving part of the blessing in the evening.

We’ve discussed the blessings of Abraham, justification by faith, the blessing, the spirit of all grace. Can we pray some prayers?

Someone in one minute, can you bless the Lord? Bless the Lord, oh my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, oh my soul. Forget not his benefits. Someone go ahead and bless his name. We bless you. We bless you. Bless him because he’s deserving Barack to stoop down to worship to give him honor that is through his name.

Thank him for everything you’ve received from yesterday night and this morning. Blessed be the name of the Lord. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. In Jesus matchless name we pray. Amen.

Now, you’re going to take a minute to make declarations of faith that I am a blessing. I am a blessing. I’m not just blessed, but I am a blessing.

And you will obtain grace number one to respect the ministry of the blessing, the Holy Spirit within you to walk ever conscious of that ministry.

And number two, that you are a giver. You’re going to make these declarations. Lord, I obtain grace to be a blessing indeed. Grace to be a blessing to manifest as the blessing that I am.

Please lift your voice and pray in 1 minute. Lift your voice and pray. All over this auditorium and following online, would you lift your voice and pray?  I am a blessing. I obtain grace.

A blessing to my family. A blessing to Leicester. A blessing to the United Kingdom. A blessing to your place of work. I am blessed now. I am a blessing. I am blessed. I am a blessing. In Jesus name we pray.

The third prayer point I’m going to be giving us. You’re going to cast down every imagination, every high thing, every suggestions of darkness. Look at me please.

Some of you have come from backgrounds where you are today products of the ill-speaking of people. They call you names in anger. And you may not know known to you those programmings. It’s called the scorgging tongues of men. Job said you’ll be delivered from it. Amen.

There are some of you who right now as it stands, your confidence is as fragile as whatever it is. Anyone who says whatever, you just bend to it. Whether it’s social media, whether it’s whatever it is. And it’s because of a backlog of suggestions. Words are powerful. They are spirit. And they can minister life or minister death. But right now, I want you to pray.

Every mentality, every speaking of darkness, suggesting me otherwise, trying to threaten this revelation, this mandate in my life or being a blessing, either using your past, using whatever has happened in your life, your failures of the past. Can you take authority over it right now in the name of Jesus?

Go ahead and pray. Rebuke the spirit of fear. Rebuke fear. Rebuke doubt. Rebuke intimidation. Rebuke envy. Rebuke unforgiveness. Go ahead. Rebuke jealousy. In the name of Jesus, I am a blessing. These negative traits cannot be found within and around my life. I am a blessing. I am a blessing. Somebody is praying. I am a blessing. A blessing to Leicester. A blessing to UK. A blessing to Africa. A blessing to Europe. a blessing to whatever nation.

I cast down every imagination. I cast down every negative speaking. It may have come from your spouse to you. It may have come from your parents to you. It may have come from school to you. Take authority over it in the name of Jesus. Man of God, you are a blessing. Doesn’t matter whether the ministry is thriving well or not. You are a blessing.

My dear sister, you are a blessing. Yes, you are a blessing in Jesus name. in Jesus name. Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord.

Now, I want to encourage everyone under the sound of my voice. Because the Bible says there the Lord hath commanded the blessing even life. Life void of sickness, life void of diseases.

Life void of curses. Life void of poverty. Life void of limitations. Praise the name of the Lord. And so I request that as you come in the evening, you can write your prayer requests. Come with your heart open. I’m going to be showing you in the evening how to activate and to release the blessing. It’s not enough to know that you are a blessing. It’s not enough to know that you’re a possessor of it. You must understand the spiritual dynamics responsible for releasing that blessing like a river.  Ezekiel 47.

The river that flowed from the east side of the temple. And the Bible says as the river flowed, every fish that was dead, when it came in contact with that river came alive. And that there is a river that flows from the throne of God. And as that river flows, it brings healing to the nations. It brings forth trees whose leaves are healing to the nations. Go back with this mentality that I am blessed. But I’m a blessing. Yes, it’s true. Yes. With your bills piling up, don’t change your confession. I am blessed. I’m a blessing.

The reason why you know that those bills will change is because the blessing is on you. The blessing is indestructible. It programs a man to become indomitable. And while it may take time to manifest, I’ll show you why many people although they have the Holy Spirit, they are not able to manifest the riches of that life.

But for now, I’m not sure it’s out of place to give one person an opportunity to make it right with Jesus. I was so honored yesterday as I saw a number of our brothers and sisters walk out. It it means a lot. It’s a burden like never before that God has placed in my heart. knowing the true implication of salvation and the blessedness of one who encounters Christ.

I’m in a hurry to let people encounter him. If you listen to everything I taught this morning and this afternoon, I said the blessing is only for those who are in Christ. It’s a family word. It’s a family affair. If you are outside of Christ, there’s no possibility to be blessed in the Bible’s way and even to be a blessing.

So wherever you are, if you are saying, “Apostle, please give me a chance to make it right. I want to be connected to this Jesus. I thought him only to be a found of a religious movement called Christianity. But now on hearing you speak, I see that he comes to us as love, a reflection of the father’s love. Wherever you are, I’m looking for just one sincere person. For the sake of that one, you will wait a minute or two.

Wherever you are, please, I’d like you to leave your seat. Unashamed, come stand right before me. God bless you. Thank you, darling. Thank you. God bless you. God bless you. God bless you. With your hands still lifted. Father, thank you. The Bible declares, “As many who will come to you, you will in no wise cast away.” These ones have come declaring the lordship of Jesus over their lives. We decree and declare that indeed it’ll be a new beginning for every one of them and the grace to walk in victory. I commend you to the blessing himself, the Holy Spirit that you will be built, you will be established and you will serve Jesus all the days of your life. In Jesus matchless name we pray. Amen and amen.

And I pray that at the end of this conference, God would have shifted you to virgin dimensions. You will experience his hand, his wisdom, his power in unusual dimensions.
