The Apostolic Christian (Enforcers Of The Kingdom) by Apostle Selman

Lift up your voices and bless The King of kings, The Lord of lords, The Righteous One.
Pray: Father, we bless You from across the nations of the earth. We lift Your name high.

Lift your voice and cry unto The Lord for a definite encounter. Ask Him to give you an encounter, a visitation tonight, taking you from one level to another.
Pray: Father, give me an experience and an encounter tonight, in the name of Jesus Christ!

“I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of The LORD.” Psalm 122:1 (KJV)

Prayer For The Koinonia Global Worship Team
As a global ministry, it is our goal in Koinonia to partner with God to raise anointed, gifted and presence-carrying song ministers.
Thank God for the gift of the Koinonia Worship Team. Ask that the glory of God upon their lives will never diminish.
Pray that the lifting God will bring to them will not distract them. Pray that The Lord will reward them and show them the excellence of service and that they will see and experience the profit of serving God.

Prayer For The Koinonia Global Worship Team
Pray that The Lord will keep them. Pray every prayer you desire The Lord to accomplish in your life over their lives also. Pray that the fire upon their prayer altar will never go down.
They will never be called Ichabod!
Pray that they will always remain fresh and continually draw new songs from the secret place.
Pray that God will reward them; they will not serve God and remain hungry. May God satisfy them on every side!
Pray that God will give them focus!
Pray that God will take them to the ends of the earth!
Give The Lord thanks for them!

Lift your hands and say, “Thank You, Jesus Christ,” for a glorious Sound of Revival Conference.
Thank God for the delivery of the Word, thank Him for the worship and for the mighty miracles we experienced at the UK Sound of Revival Conference 2026 edition.

Always learn to give God glory on time. Do not wait until situations force you to remember His faithfulness. As long as you can remember the good hand of The Lord upon your life, give Him glory without delay.
When God lifts you, let the nations see you tell Him, “Thank You.”

Don’t wait until disaster forces you to give glory to God.
You must learn to give God glory on time so that the lifting He gives you will never become the reason for your downfall.

Recap from The UK Sound of Revival Conference:
There are four areas that must be the focus of an accurate teaching ministry:
1. The sound communication of doctrine
2. The mysteries of the Kingdom
3. The wisdom for living
4. A Word-compliant worldview

Recap from The UK Sound of Revival Conference:
There are four areas that must be the focus of an accurate teaching ministry:
1. Sound Doctrine: The first assignment of any teaching ministry is the accurate communication of sound doctrine. Truth must be preserved and communicated rightly. Doctrine forms the foundation upon which conviction, understanding and spiritual stability are built.
2. The Mysteries of the Kingdom: Beyond doctrine, believers must be taught the mysteries of the Kingdom – the principles, patterns and ways through which God’s Kingdom operates. For a teaching ministry to effectively raise witnesses, mature believers and Kingdom ambassadors, it must reveal not only what to believe, but also how the Kingdom functions.
3. Wisdom for Living: Believers must receive wisdom for living – the practical and spiritual intelligence required to navigate life, steward assignments and function effectively within the systems of this world while representing Kingdom values. The Kingdom is not only to be understood; it must also be expressed through wisdom in everyday life.
4. A Word-Compliant Worldview: A teaching ministry must help shape a Scripture-compliant worldview, where believers interpret life, culture, systems and events through the lens of God’s Word. Our worldview must not be primarily shaped by trends, culture, emotions, or societal pressures but by Scripture.

A half-truth is as destructive as a lie or the absence of truth. The devil does not have to lie to deceive you; he can use part of the truth while hiding the other part.
It is not enough to know the truth; it is important that the truth you know is complete, wholesome, balanced and profitable.

“For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.” Acts 20:27 (KJV)

It is dangerous to live on half-truths. Truth must be complete and accurately communicated. The devil may not necessarily destroy with a lie alone; he can use half-truths, just as he did with Eve. Therefore, the Church must embrace the whole counsel of God.
It is important that truth remains wholesome and this is why the teaching priest must learn to pray for utterance – the capacity to communicate the truth accurately.

Humans do not submit themselves indefinitely without an awareness of the profit point. They are naturally inquisitive about the profit point of every endeavour.
One way to convince people to follow you is to present them with a reality and show them what they stand to gain.

Recap from The UK Sound of Revival Conference:
Those who teach without proper formation, intentionality, or alignment with truth may become vulnerable to error themselves and subsequently communicate those errors to those entrusted to them. There are three principal forms of error within the teaching ministry that can affect believers:
1. False Teachings (2 Peter 2:1–2): These are teachings fundamentally inconsistent with Scripture and contrary to the truth of Christ. The Bible speaks not only of false prophets but also of false teachers, individuals who introduce doctrines and ideas that distort or oppose the truth.
2. Corrupted Teachings (Philippians 3:19): Here, the issue is not necessarily that the principle itself is false; rather, a true principle is approached, interpreted, or applied incorrectly. The concept may be biblical and the principle may be valid, yet the communication or application distorts the intended truth. Corrupted teaching is therefore truth altered through imbalance, exaggeration or misapplication.
3. Imbalanced Teachings (Acts 20:27) (Incomplete Teaching / Partial Truth): Imbalance occurs when aspects of God’s truth are communicated while neglecting other essential dimensions needed for balance, maturity and understanding. A believer may learn deeply about consecration, but not wisdom for living; character, but not stewardship; faith, but not responsibility; spiritual empowerment, but not discipline; prosperity, but not generosity; grace, but not holiness. When truth is fragmented, believers may grow in one area while remaining deficient in others.

What is the Value of the Word to the Believer?
1. Your Spiritual Growth (1 Peter 2:2)
If you do not submit to the Word of God, it will be impossible to grow spiritually.
2. The Basis for Walking in Victory and Dominion (John 1:1–3, Acts 20:32, Colossians 1:15–16)
Outside the ministry of the Word of God, the believer cannot walk in victory. Dominion in the Kingdom is not a gift; it is the resultant effect of comprehending the principles and mysteries of the Kingdom. Victory and dominion in the Kingdom are dependent on light and revelation.
3. The Empowerment to Be an Effective Witness (Acts 2:42, Acts 6:4, Colossians 3:16, Colossians 1:9–10)
The extent of your witnessing is dependent on your understanding of the Word of God.

It is important that when communicating why believers must submit to the Word of God, you teach them the value of the Word.
In telling people to make the Word of God supreme in their lives, you also need to let them know the rewards attached to it.

Four Indices to Measure Spiritual Growth and Maturity:
1. Your degree of conformity to the character and image of Christ.
2. Your level of spiritual illumination and enlightenment.
3. The outworking of the power of God in your life.
4. Your love life.

Dominion is a resultant effect of the comprehension of the mysteries (laws) of the Kingdom. Line upon line and precept upon precept, a Believer can tame life through a thorough understanding of the mysteries of the Kingdom, thereby determining the outcomes in their lives (Isaiah 60:1, John 1:5).

Victory in the Kingdom is light-dependent. Every desired outcome is tied to the understanding and application of the spiritual principles that govern it.

“And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.” Daniel 7:27 (KJV)

Advancement in the Kingdom is not predicated merely on your desire, but on your capacity to become an effective witness.

Matthew 5:13–16 (KJV)
13. Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
14. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

From the study of Scripture, the Bible categorizes believers into two classes:
1. Nominal or Lukewarm Christians (Revelation 3:14–16)
The main attribute of this kind of Christian is that they are completely careless about the things of the Kingdom.
2. Apostolic Christians
The word ‘Apostolic’ comes from the Greek word ‘Apostolos’, which means a delegated envoy – one who has been sent to promote, protect and defend the interests of a Kingdom.

“And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.”
Revelation 5:10 (KJV)

Believers are not merely called to survive; we are called to represent God’s purposes and influence territories. Dominion, influence and Kingdom expression are entrusted to the Saints of God.
As believers, we are expected to reign wherever we find ourselves, whether in Liverpool, UK or anywhere else in the world.
Declare: “I reign!”

“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.” Matthew 5:13 (KJV)

Salt preserves, influences and prevents decay. This means Believers carry the responsibility to preserve values, uphold righteousness and positively impact their environments.

A description of a nominal Christian is carelessness; they do not pay attention to their spiritual growth, they do not study the Word, and they are not concerned about the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

Believers are not instructed merely to possess light, but to manifest it visibly through works, excellence, influence and Kingdom expression.
The goal is not self-exaltation, but that God is glorified through the visible expression of His character, wisdom, love, power, excellence and righteousness in His people.

An Apostolic Christian is a delegated envoy – one who has the mandate to promote, protect, defend and advance the Kingdom of God.

Revelation 3:14-16 (KJV)
14. “And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15. I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.“

The Believer is called to function in a dual capacity:
1. As a Priest: Representing God before people through a life of consecration, worship, prayer, and intercession.
2. As a King: Demonstrating dominion, stewardship, influence, and the authority of God’s Kingdom within every sphere and territory assigned to them.

The Kingdom assignment of Believers is not withdrawal from society, but transformative influence within it.

Apostolic Christians are known for having an unconditional love for God. Regardless of situations or conditions, their love for Him does not dwindle.
The Believer who will last must peg their love for Jesus on who He is, not just on what He can give or do.
If your passion for God is conditional, you cannot truly be called an Apostolic Christian.

When your passion for God is subjective and conditional, you cannot truly function as an Apostolic Christian.
Those who operate in transactional Christianity with God will not accomplish much for the Kingdom.

Many Believers are transactional with God. Our understanding of covenants must be properly examined so that it does not lead us into transactional living.
We must be covenant-conscious, but even more, we must be relationship-conscious.

The Believer who will last must spend their life chasing the heart of God and not what He gives. Our understanding of covenant living must be guided with purpose so that it does not turn into a transactional relationship.
The way to know that your love for God is not transactional is your willingness to give to Him.

God is a covenant-keeping God. He operates based on covenant and the basis upon which that covenant operates is love at the center. Therefore, we must not be transactional in our approach to relating with Him.
We risk becoming transactional Christians when the scope of our walk with God is based on what He can give rather than on who He is.

You can be a serious Christian and still not be apostolic. Zeal alone does not make a man apostolic.
A man can have zeal, yet that zeal may be wrongly managed, misdirected by or lacking accurate spiritual alignment.

The willingness to give without wanting anything back is one of the signs that you love God unconditionally.
Scripture shows that Abraham obeyed God even to the point of offering Isaac, without negotiating or asking what he would receive in return for his obedience.
When you say, “Abraham’s blessings are mine,” you must also have an unconditional passion for God like Abraham did. Until Abraham’s passion is yours, his blessings will not be yours.

When your passion for God becomes subjective or conditional, you are no longer walking in true apostolic Christianity.
Conditional devotion is:
“If You bless me…”
“If You provide for me…”
“If You give me a child…”
The moment “if” becomes part of the terms, your walk with God has become transactional rather than covenantal.

To command the blessings of Abraham, we must have the heart of Abraham. The covenant upon which God’s covenant with Abraham was established is based on a love relationship.
Sadly, the Church today is filled with many transactional Christians who love to claim the promises in Scripture without having an unconditional passion and love for God.

Our covenant walk with God must be balanced; otherwise, it will degenerate into a transactional relationship rather than a genuine walk of love and devotion.
Our love for God must never depend on what works or does not work in our lives. Through it all, we love Him.

Four Dimensions of Love:
1. Passion – The zeal and desire that drives pursuit.
2. Commitment – The consistency and staying power that sustains love over time.
3. Pleasure – The consolation derived from investing your emotions.
4. Sacrifice – The ultimate expression and proof of genuine love.

Love is not complete until it encompasses all these dimensions. The noblest characteristic among these four is sacrifice.

Sacrifice is the highest proof of love. The greatest demonstration of God’s love is His Son dying for you. Therefore, the highest proof that you love God is the extent to which you are willing to sacrifice for Him.

Results should never be your basis for your walk with God. The basis of your walk with God should be your genuine love and passion for God.

A lukewarm believer is not necessarily someone who rejects God outright, but someone whose relationship with spiritual matters lacks conviction, urgency and intentionality.

I declare: The grace to fight ignorance, I release upon you, in the name of Jesus!

“The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,” Ephesians 1:18 (KJV)

I pray for you: In the name of Jesus, let the Spirit of revelation rest upon you. May the eyes of your understanding be enlightened, that you may know the hope of His calling and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.
May you come into deeper understanding of the ways of God and sound doctrine, in the name of Jesus!

The distinguishing factor between a Norminal Christian and an Apostolic Christian is often orientation. An apostolic orientation views Believers as individuals entrusted with the responsibility to:
1. Represent Kingdom values
2. Advance God’s purposes
3. Influence territories and systems
4. Protect truth
5. Carry and steward Kingdom responsibility

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” Jeremiah 3:15 (KJV)

When you say, “Jesus, I love You,” you are saying: I am passionate about You, I am committed to living for You and for the cause of Your Kingdom. It gives me joy to serve You and to partake in the rewards that come with it. And if it calls for it, I am willing to die for You.

For many Believers, affection toward God unconsciously becomes tied to outcomes.
Apostolic Believers possess a love for God that survives seasons, disappointments, uncertainties and tests. Mature Kingdom passion goes beyond what is in God’s hand and pursues God Himself.

It is preposterous for an Ambassadorial envoy to be asked about his country’s agenda and be clueless.
Every Ambassador is saddled with the responsibility of protecting, promoting and clarifying the interests of his nation; correcting perceptions and addressing everything that affects his nation’s diaspora community.
This is the work of a Believer.

Most Believers have not been mentored to understand God’s end-time program and the role they are to play.
A true Apostolic Christian must be able to understand God’s program, which is the enthroning of Christ in the hearts and minds of men and the importing of the culture of the Kingdom to influence every strata of human society, thereby influencing the kingdoms of this world.

God’s program is divided into three:
1. World evangelization / soul-winning.
2. Maturity of the saints through the Church.
3. Territorial transformation.

The second defining characteristic of an Apostolic Christian is deep spiritual understanding coupled with spiritual empowerment.
An Apostolic Believer must possess understanding concerning:
• Doctrine
• The ways and patterns of God
• Kingdom principles
• Spiritual realities
• Divine empowerment
Growth in these areas comes through:
• Learning
• Submission to sound teaching
• Exposure to truth
• Mentorship
• The ministry of the Word and the Spirit

Soul winning is God’s foundational program, but it is not His only program.
If the Church fails in any of God’s programs, the Kingdom cannot fully come.

A true Apostolic Christian must have a vast knowledge of the Kingdom of God.
You cannot truly walk as an Apostolic Christian without understanding the agenda of God.

As an apostolic Christian, your duty is to ensure that Christ’s values are embedded in systems and institutions. If this is not the case, the advancement of the Kingdom of God will be hindered.
A saved man is effective in a saved society.

A noble way to live is to have a consciousness that God has a program and that He has entrusted you with a portion in that program, whether as a Preacher, a Tech giant or an Entrepreneur, regardless of your area of service.

God’s entire Program is broken down into:
1. Establishing The Lordship of the Kingdom, alongside the reign that comes with it and enthroning Christ in the hearts and minds of all men.
2. Influencing systems and territories with the value system of the Kingdom.

The Gospel operates in two dimensions within society:
1. The Gospel as a message that saves: bringing salvation.
2. The Gospel as a value system that causes territorial transformation: making communities safe and habitable.

Threefold agenda of God’s program:
1. World evangelism or missions (winning the lost to Christ).
2. The maturity of the saints through discipleship. Discipleship transitions a believer from infancy to maturity
3. Territorial transformation

Workers must be trained beyond being Workers in the Church. They must have a nobler, superior consciousness, knowing that the greater part of their service is not only in the Church but in the cosmos.

The fundamental assignment of the Kingdom is not just to produce saved individuals, but to extend the culture and value systems of the Kingdom across every sphere of human activity.
This means Kingdom influence is intended to shape families, education, governance, business, media, institutions, and society itself. The Gospel brings salvation to individuals, but the value systems of the Kingdom transform territories. Both dimensions are necessary.

A nobler way to live in this Kingdom is to know that God has a program which He has entrusted you with and that you are not just living for yourself, but living your life to ensure that you see that program come to fulfillment.

Many Believers perceive Christianity as mere religious activity, but a true Apostolic Christian sees it as an assignment.
It is not just activity, but a divine mandate that must be handled with that understanding.

A man may be genuinely saved while existing within a society whose values remain contrary to God’s design. In such cases, though his salvation remains personal, the surrounding environment can still influence culture, systems, and even future generations. This is why Kingdom work must extend beyond personal conversion into territorial transformation.

A powerful biblical reflection is seen in Lot. Scripture describes him as righteous, yet he lived within a territory deeply shaped by corruption. Though personally distinct, the surrounding environment still affected aspects of his household and experience.

It is important that Believers move from a church member mentality to becoming enforcers of God’s program.
Your focus should not only be on what you will eat or wear, but on how to enforce Kingdom principles across the cosmos.
Jesus is revealed in the saints, but He is glorified in the cosmos.

An Apostolic Christian has a “co-labourer mentality,” a mindset that recognizes God works through them to actualize His agenda.
You must sustain the understanding that God does not depend on you, but He has chosen to actualize His agenda alongside you as a partner.

God’s infrastructure through which He permeates His will:
* Men (human beings)
* Belief systems
* Institutions
The greatest part of this infrastructure is men.

Many Believers have kept many territories in bondage because they conclude that God is so mighty and can do anything He wants.
This is correct in principle, but inaccurate in understanding God’s way of doing things, seeing that He chooses to work in collaboration with the Saints.

God depends on you, not because He is helpless, but because He created a space that Believers are meant to fill. In the event a Believer is unwilling, He will respect it and look for another.
God still seeks men.

“I have found David my servant; With my holy oil have I anointed him:” Psalm 89:20 (KJV)

“God depends on me” means He has intentionally left a space for you in the coming of His Kingdom. But you must yield willingly; God is still seeking and recruiting men.

God depends on you. This is not a statement of helplessness on His part, but a reflection of His design for partnership with man.
He has invited you to partake in the joy and privilege of working with Him. And if you reject this invitation, He will raise another.

God needs available, willing, and yielded individuals to actualize His program.
I pray for you: may you become that person, in the name of Jesus! May you become a yielded vessel!

Believers are invited into partnership, not because God lacks ability, but because He has chosen to involve individuals in His purposes.

One of the strongest marks of an Apostolic Christian is the transition from a spectator mentality to a co-labourer mentality.
Live with the consciousness of a co-labourer mentality: God can do without you a thousand times over, but He has chosen to incorporate you into His work and His program.

Proofs that you have transitioned from a Nominal Christian to an Apostolic Christian:
1. Unconditional passion for God and the things of the Kingdom
Our love for God must never depend on what works or does not work in our lives. Through it all, we love Him.
2. High-level spiritual understanding and empowerment
A thorough understanding of the ways of the Kingdom is a resultant effect of methodical submission to the doctrines and laws of the Kingdom.
3. Clear understanding of God’s end-time program
4. Co-labourer mentality (1 Corinthians 3:9)
You must understand that God depends on you. He can do without you, but He has chosen to incorporate you into His program. You must carry a co-labourer mentality.
5. Understanding the Priest-King dominion strategy
The efficiency of your partnership starts with the strength of your priesthood, then extends to the geography of your witness.

Apostolic Christians do not yearn and cry for revival in inaction.
They call for revival and tender their availability to God, making their resources available for God and His move. The work is a God-man partnership.

Apostolic Christians are those who are yielded and have made themselves available. The prayer of availability is the prayer of responsibility. It is yielding yourself to Him, acknowledging that you exist for His assignment and purpose, and that He can flow through you as His channel in the earth.

A co-labourer mentality always births the prayer of availability: “Lord, I am available, flow through me.”
The prayer of availability is a prayer of responsibility. It means you are taking responsibility to work and partner with God.

An Apostolic Christian functions as a custodian of God’s power, through whom His healing and grace flow from Him, as The Source, through such a Believer, to the world.

God is ever ready to move mightily in the earth; however, He needs our partnership. This partnership is called The God–man partnership, which means He is depending on men to display His power on the earth.
This does not mean that God cannot do it alone, but that He has chosen to work with us.

Answered prayers on earth are dependent on God–man partnership.
Your lifting depends on a God–man partnership.
Your rising depends on a God–man partnership.
The deliverance of your family depends on a God–man partnership.
Believers must not downplay the God–man partnership across sectors in the world, especially in science.

If you understand the God–man partnership, you will embrace every other field – science, medicine and more.
Many people wrongly see medicine and science as faithlessness, but they are also expressions of God’s intelligence and wisdom.
They are yielded vessels that have said “yes” to Him in their fields of calling.

Everywhere you see Kingdom-come, don’t only look for God there; look for the yielded vessel that said “yes.”
Likewise, whenever you see darkness or chaos, it reflects the presence of individuals who willfully partnered with the devil.

As an Apostolic Christian, you understand that it is not just God, but God through you. God works through individuals; that is how He operates.
Do not downplay the significance of yielded vessels.

Every time you see darkness, it is not just the operation of satan alone; it is a combination of demonic influence alongside the participation of individuals. Individuals are needed for operational activities on earth.

Nothing in the world of men happens in isolation; there is always a partnership. For darkness to find expression, it uses individuals as instruments to import injustice and wickedness into the earth.
Likewise, for the Kingdom of light to find expression, God finds yielded vessels. These vessels are the ones called Apostolic Christians.

The strategy for the execution of the program of God is called the King–Priest dominion strategy.
The efficiency of your partnership with God, as far as Kingdom come is concerned, starts with the strength of your secret place (your priesthood) and then the effectiveness of your witness in your area of assignment.

There are many who want to partner with God but still choose their own way, and in doing so, they miss their assignment.
There is a predetermined path laid out by God that must be followed for that partnership to be effective.

The efficiency of your partnership with God starts with the strength of your secret place.
You cannot partner with God in the strength of the flesh.

As an Apostolic Christian, your effectiveness in the world is a direct product of the health of your secret place.
Every Apostolic Believer is first a priest before a king. This is seen in the lives of Daniel, Joseph and others in the Bible.

The King–Priest dominion strategy of execution begins in the secret place but is ultimately expressed in the marketplace.
What happens in your secret place must eventually find expression in your assignment and your job function. It does not stop with prayer alone; it must translate into visible impact, wisdom, excellence, and effective execution in the area where God has planted you.

For many years, the children of Israel struggled with a limited understanding of the King-Priest model of dominion.
They understood priesthood, but not how to properly exercise territorial dominion. God raised David as part of the solution to that gap.

When you approach the palace, you don’t go as Elijah; that priestly regalia is for your secret place. When you go to the palace, you go as Joseph.
Joseph did not build Pharaoh a temple, but provided an economic solution that made Egypt the only nation with food during a time of famine.

The word “Kingdom” refers to any defined territory in which the life, culture and value system of the ruling authority is freely expressed unrestrained.

To enforce the Kingdom is to come into partnership with God to ensure that the value system of God finds expression first in our lives and across our territories.

“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”
Matthew 6:10 (KJV)

In this Scripture, “earth” first refers to ourselves as vessels and then to our geographical territories.
When you pray and say, “Thy Kingdom come,” it implies that you desire the life, culture, influence and value system of God to find expression in the earth.

“Thy Kingdom come” is a call and a prayer; it is an alignment with God so that His laws, His character, and His resources find expression in the earth.

There are spirits across every territory, and it takes the emergence of tireless, consistent intercessors to restrain those influences and enforce the will of God over a territory.
Declare: I will pray! I receive the diligence to pray!

“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.” Ezekiel 22:30 (KJV)

Prophetic intercession is availing yourself to pray for the enforcement of the will and the program of God on earth.

Whatever individuals consistently, tirelessly and intelligently submit themselves to begins to produce corresponding effects in the spiritual climate of that territory.

Declare: I receive the grace to pray until the purpose of God is established in my life, my family and my region.

Effective intercession must have a threefold focus:
1. You must focus on establishing victory over demonic and territorial forces. This is done through spiritual warfare.
2. You must focus on praying that Believers within that territory are empowered with wisdom, faith, and power to execute “Kingdom come.”
3. You must focus on praying for the hearts of individuals who need to be converted through your witness.

You must come to the settled realization that there are spirits over every territory and they sponsor controlling ideologies. They influence the minds of people with patterns of negative thoughts.
As a territorial intercessor, you do not negotiate in prayer; you take charge and exercise dominion over the territory and the works of darkness.

When the people in a territory pray, they partner with God to bring an end to the operations of demonic spirits over that territory.
As an effective intercessor, after taking charge over territorial forces, you pray for the individuals (Believers) who should be used to sustain dominion over the territory. You intercede for them to access wisdom, faith and power to legislate in that territory.

You can be anointed to bring the wisdom and the power of God to a generation, yet that same generation can be blindfolded by the devil and fight you.
It takes prayer for your witnessing to be accepted by the generation you were sent to.

Demons are not the only problem in a territory; even without demonic influence, people can still fail.
As a prophetic intercessor, you must also pray for yielded vessels who carry the wisdom, faith and power of God.

I pray for you: may your generation not reject you! May the sentiments of individuals not cause them to reject you, in the name of Jesus Christ!

It is the assignment of intercessors to pray for the territory, taking charge over demonic forces; to pray for witnesses who should sustain the influence in the territory; and to pray for the hearts of men to whom the intercessor is sent, that they may receive his message as one sent by God.

I declare: The people you are sent to, when they see you, may they recognize you as their helper and witness from God.
I declare: The niche you are sent to – may your generation not reject you when they encounter you!

“He came unto his own, and his own received him not.” John 1:11 (KJV)

It is possible to be anointed and yet not be accepted or received by those to whom God has sent you.
There are many people who live in pain because those to whom they were sent did not receive them, even though they were sincere and genuine.

It is not enough to prepare to be shown to your generation; you must also pray for the grace for honour. Honour is a grace that enables your generation to perceive and receive you in the light of what God has deposited in you.
I pray for you: may the grace for acceptance and visibility rest upon you, in the name of Jesus!

You cannot influence a generation if you do not have their attention. No matter what methods you use, you cannot gain their attention until God plants a conviction in them that you are necessary for their lifting.
The first law of influence with respect to your audience is attention. You need God to help you by giving you the attention of men so that you can effectively dispense your assignment.
I pray for you again: may God grant you the grace for honour and acceptance, in the name of Jesus!

The Kingdom of God cannot come when we talk about it, think about it, or wish for it. The Kingdom of God can only come when we engage in prophetic prayer.

My prayer for you is that the Spirit of intercession will rest upon you, your platform, your family and your children, in the name of Jesus.

In manifesting the values of the Kingdom, your life must be visible evidence.
Don’t say you are a Christian; let it show that you are a Christian.
Don’t say you are kind; let it show that you are kind.
Don’t say you are loving; let it show that you are loving.
Let it not be that the only time people know you are a Christian is when you speak in tongues. Let your character be proof that you have met Christ.

When we talk about shining our light as Believers, many think only about miracles. Your lifestyle is the best way to shine your light to the world. It is a better preacher than your sermon.
A better way to be an effective witness is to be a person of character.

The first assignment of the anointing is not to make you a miracle worker, but to change and transform you from within. There is such a thing as “the anointing within”; it is the anointing that enables you to live in alignment with the value system of the Kingdom.

The character limitations associated with your background do not define you. When you encounter Christ and yield yourself to transformation, you become detached from the influences of your lineage and environment, and the fruits of the Spirit begin to find expression in your life.

Never downplay the effects of negative or fruitless character; it has the power to destroy a person’s life and destiny.
Many Believers love God, but their words can be hurtful to others. It is time to lay down all offences and negative character and put on the nature of Christ.

Wounded people often wound others, projecting their pain onto those around them. This is why we need to submit to the Balm of Gilead so as not to transfer our pain to others.

Don’t just desire to meet Jesus, live for Him, serve Him, or work for Him; you must desire to become like Him.

Being excellent and competent is an act of worship.
God desires that Believers not only reveal His character, but also reveal His wisdom and creativity.

For preachers, it is wonderful to be anointed, but you must also be vast in knowledge. This is because there are people who will not sit under your teaching until you have attained a certain level of knowledge.

“O LORD our Lord, How excellent is thy name in all the earth!” Psalm 8:9 (KJV)

Beyond sentiment, every man’s need is his point of contact. When you develop excellence and competence, people will find value in sustaining relationship and collaboration with you.

As a Believer, you must bring professionalism, skillfulness, excellence and creativity into your endeavours as an act of worship unto God.
Pray: Father, I receive grace to be excellent in my field of endeavour, in the name of Jesus!

The Kingdom of God advances at the pace of influence.
Influence is the capacity to compel individuals to buy into your ideology, your thinking, and your way of life without force or coercion.

If you do not rise to a certain level of influence, you cannot take the values of the Kingdom to certain quarters because there is an influence requirement to access those quarters.
Influence is the business of the palace. Believers and the Church must grow and strive to have a voice.

Representing the purposes of the Kingdom of God is not limited to advancing Christians alone; the mandate is to advance all humans.
Any program that profits Christians alone is not God-like. The program of God blesses all and sundry.

The one who is in the palace has always been the one who can change the course of decisions. Representing the purpose of the Kingdom is not about being a fanatic, but about being good to all men, especially those who are of the household of faith. The program of God, when understood, blesses the godly and the ungodly.

Six Ways to Enforce the Kingdom:
1. Through prophetic intercession (Ezekiel 22:30)
2. By manifesting the values of the Kingdom (Galatians 5:22)
3. Through a display of the manifold wisdom of God (Ephesians 3:10)
4. Through Kingdom leadership and influence (Genesis 41:33–57)
5. Through the manifestation of the supernatural – miracles, signs, and wonders (Micah 3:8)
6. Through the display of love and compassion

The supernatural is real. You cannot do ministry or anything worthwhile without the supernatural, because there are forces that will be ready to oppose you through policies and other means.
It takes power to receive your portion in this world. Satan will not leave your destiny until you engage power.

Do not over-intellectualize our living that we downplay the ministry of The Holy Ghost.
The Holy Ghost is still relevant in our world today. You cannot downplay the relevance of The Holy Ghost in business or in ministry. If you want to do mighty works, you need The Holy Ghost.

Satan will not leave your destiny until you introduce power. Evil spirits are stubborn spirits; they respond only to power.
It takes power to receive your portion in this world.

“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38 (KJV)

Power is the capacity to influence outcomes and the force that compels compliance.

It takes wisdom to attract wealth, but it takes power, strength and stamina to retain wealth.
There are times when your mental capacity or intellect fails; that is where power must be introduced.

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” John 1:12 (KJV)

“Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.” John 4:48 (KJV)

When you find yourself in the midst of fire, no level of intellectual capacity can save you; you need the “fourth-man” dimension – the intervention of divine power that overrides natural limitation.

You may have character, you may be intelligent, you may be productive, and you may have vast knowledge, but in all of these, you must add power.
It takes more than a sincere heart and intellect to make it in this world; you need power.

Power can turn a negative narrative into a testimony of wonder.

Paul was an intelligent man, yet despite his vast knowledge and learning, he was imprisoned and bound; his intellect could not secure his deliverance. It was the power of God that delivered him.

There are doors without keys; those doors can only be broken, and it requires power.
I pray for you: every door that has refused to open, we exert power; let it open now in the name of Jesus Christ!

Influence is a risk if you do not contend for power. It takes power to remain so. While praying for influence, you must also pray for power.
Power is a survival strategy.

Certain positions, when attained, come with pressure on every side – spiritually and physically. It takes power to sustain results in such places.

Compassion goes beyond the mouth and a giving hand. Compassion starts with a loving heart.
Kindness, generosity, and thoughtfulness are all essential expressions of a truly Christian life.

Pray for power.
Pray for wisdom.
Pray for intellect.
But also pray for a loving heart.

Assignment: Use any day of this week to demonstrate love to someone genuinely.

We live in a world where many believers have made their witness ineffective, especially to unbelievers, because of their lack of demonstrable love.
Love is a language everyone understands. Even unbelievers relate to kindness; while they may not fully grasp or articulate your level of transformation, they can perceive its expression through how you treat them.

THE POWER OF ONE
“Big” is the accumulation of small, consistent additions over time.
One million is one plus one plus one, plus you, plus you, plus another person added, which becomes an army.

The way to change the world is to change yourself. Be the change that you desire the world to be.
This is the character of the Apostolic Christian.

Tonight’s teaching is a transition from church membership to becoming an Apostolic Christian.
You may not reap where you sow, but you will reap what you sow. Sow a seed of kindness to someone who can only repay you with a verbal “thank you”; it removes the transactional expectation in giving.
Let our kindness build up with “The Power of One.” Show kindness to one person with the intent that there will be a ripple effect, resulting in an exponential number of people being affected by your seed of kindness.

Make contact with someone in the spirit of unity and begin to pray in the Spirit as we declare “Yes” to God.

Ask The Lord for the grace to shine your light in your area of endeavour, to manifest the character of the Kingdom, to replicate the wisdom of the Kingdom and for signs and wonders to be wrought through your hands, in the name of Jesus!

As you return to your homes, you have a responsibility not to allow this teaching to go to waste. Carry this fire; take it to your homes, your offices, the parliaments, the streets, your schools, and your families.
Study more and make a determination that when next we gather, it will be from glory to glory!
