Lift your hands and cry out for an encounter, tonight. Ask in faith, believing that God will not withhold any good from you, tonight.
Pray: Lord, give us life-transforming encounters, tonight, our hearts are open and our spirits are receptive for our lifting and making, in Jesus Christ’s name.
Tonight, we will be praying that God will cause your knowing Him, serving Him, and loving Him to bear lastingfruits in your life.
Although we love God, not for receiving things, but there is a consolation to your Christian experience when you see results.
Pray: Father, let there be an evidence in my life, let there be a testimony for my knowing You, for my loving You, and for my serving You.
“Show me a sign of [Your evident] goodwill and favor, that those who hate me may see it and be put to shame, because You, Lord, [will show Your approval of me when You] help and comfort me.” Psalm 86:17 (AMPC)
Pray: Father, give me an evidence; a token of your blessing and lifting, an undeniable evidence that it pays to know, serve, and love Jesus.
From heaven, let grace and wisdom come upon my life. Let it be clear before the world of men that you have shown me mercy and those who walk in your ways are never put and left in shame.
In this season, I place a demand upon your goodness, mercy, and Fatherhood as God, in Jesus Christ name!
Results can bring about a whole nation to be converted to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
I pray for you, in this season, may my God write something undeniable upon your life. May He make a bold statement through you, one that is void of arguments and leaves no doubt that His hand is truly upon you.
Many times, we forget that every blessing we enjoy comes from God and that He also has the power to withdraw it.
It is not an intentional thing for humans to remember God’s blessings upon their lives. It takes intentional effort to remind ourselves of God’s faithfulness and to honor Him for it.
It’s in being grateful to God for His blessings that causes the blessings to remain and multiply.
In the state of abundance and rest, we must be careful not to forget:
1. There is no sustenance for your blessings without God
2. It is gratitude that keeps the flow of those blessings and causes them to remain.
At every point in your life, your reality is someone else’s prayer point.
It is easy to see the advantage in another person’s life, forgetting the goodness of God in yours. It is important for us to be grateful at all times.
Lay it to heart to give God thanks. Let it be your lifestyle, not just a church activity.
Wake up every morning with thanksgiving on your lips.
Someone shout from the depths of your heart: THANK YOU JESUS!

Key Insights to note from 2 Peter 1:2–3:
1. All things have been given unto us. We are not trying to earn them; they are our inheritance in Christ.
2. These “all things” are categorized into two:
a. All things that pertains unto life (our physical and material well-being which makes for our efficiency in life)
b. Everything that pertains unto godliness (our spiritual growth and maturity)
3. These “all things” are available to every Believer according to God’s divine power.
The degree to which the divine power of God is at work in and through your life is the degree to which you experience all that pertains unto life and godliness.
The economy of God’s power was designed to supply all things we need that pertains unto life and godliness.
A Believer cannot walk in the fullness of victory and dominion without spiritual power.
Power is, and remains a vital component of a Believer’s victory in life.
The arrival, incarnation, earthly work, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ were all made possible by the power of God.
Jesus Christ demonstrated power, throughout His life and ministry; in His words, His works, and ultimately in His resurrection. (John 2:10, Romans 8:11)
“And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,”

“And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.”

Living a life of victory, dominion, and excellence is fundamentally a matter of power. The one who doesn’t understand the dynamics of how spiritual power works, is the one who may never truly experience its transformative reality.
What is Power?
1. Power is defined as the capacity to influence outcomes.
2. Power is defined as the force that compels compliance.
3. Power is defined as the capacity to create and sustain a thing or a process.
The first demonstration of power in Scripture, based on the definitions of power, is described in Genesis 1:1-4.
- The ability to divide light from darkness is real power.
- The degree to which you sustain the wherewithal to influence outcomes, whether spiritual outcomes, economic outcomes, or otherwise, is the degree to which you are powerful.
“Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, “Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.”

“The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,”

Why Do We Need Spiritual Power?
1. To subdue the forces of darkness and unfavorable conditions that fights against our destinies and peace. (Psalm 66:3)
2. To fulfill our God ordained assignment and advance God’s programme upon the earth. (Acts 10:38)
Spiritual power is not limited to those in ministry alone. Anyone who desires to live a victorious life and advance God’s Kingdom must operate in spiritual power.
Satan and all unclean spirits are stubborn spirits by nature. They won’t depart simply because a verdict has been pronounced against them. Their exit must be enforced, and it is power that brings that enforcement.
It doesn’t just take prophecy to fulfill your assignment on earth, it takes divine power!
Skill and human ability can only take us so far. In a world fundamentally governed by the spiritual realm, power is essential to truly go far in life.
The Bible records many skillful people who nevertheless failed, because skill alone is not enough.
While skill and intelligence are important, the two should never be downplayed. They must be accompanied by spiritual power to walk in victory and dominion. (Psalm 127:1-2)
The frail efforts of humans should never be over exaggerated above the unmatched power of God.
Keys to Accessing and Utilising Spiritual Power to Its Fullest:
1. Identify and connect to The Source of all power. (Luke 10:19, Psalm 62:11)
– Your initial salvation experience grants you access, but it does not automatically translate to the experience of that power in your life.
2. Understand the various kinds and expressions of spiritual power, alongside gaining a working knowledge of how they operate.
Levels to Accessing Spiritual Power:
1. Access through Intimacy, which is the highest level.
(Philippians 3:10)
2. Access through understanding and adherence to laws and principles, both spiritual and physical laws.
(Job 38:33)
– This level does not depend on your knowing Him alone, it is purely based on mastery of application.
3. Access through covenant alignment. (2 Samuel 9:1)
– An individual can become a beneficiary from their connection to an atmosphere, even without intimacy with God and adherence to laws. An example of this is Lot’s wealth, derived from Abraham.
Good success begins with a relationship with God. However, it’s possible to bypass the power that comes through intimacy with Him and still command results through adherence to some laws. While intimacy grants access to the highest realm of God’s power, neglecting it has consequences.
When you see the second level of God’s power produce for people, believers or not, and they are getting results without a relationship with Him, it’s often because they’ve engaged other laws like seedtime and harvest. These laws or level of power function independently of salvation, and sadly, even the occult and unbelievers can manipulate them.
The third level of power comes through covenant alignment. You don’t need to know God or be intimate with Him to access it, but you can become a beneficiary by alignment.
There are certain possibilities that manifest in a person’s life, not earned by their own efforts, prayers, grace, hard work, or even consecration, but because these people came under a spiritual climate carried by someone who had paid the price to host it, often a minister of God.
Never credit Satan with creating any form of power. He has invented nothing; What he does is manipulate preexisting inventions, spiritual laws, and tap into possibilities that God already made available to all men.
ALL POWER BELONGS TO GOD! (Psalm 62:11)
Five Expressions of Spiritual Power:
1. The Power to Become – responsible for change, growth, and transformation.
(Genesis 1:3-4, John 1:12, 1 Chronicles 29:12)
The power doesn’t just make you The Son of God, it empowers you to become everything God has called you to be. It evolves people from their former versions to a more superior version.
The power of God does not operate randomly or generically. There are specific expressions to it, and each expression has its boundaries and conditions.
A teacher of The Word who fails to understand the Power to Become, will end up as an intelligent communicator of information without imparting transformation.
The Power to Become can change or transform ANY human being, regardless of cultural conditioning, background, or past experiences.
Every time you find a people under the spiritual influence of this power, changing methodically, structurally, and supernaturally, the power to become is at work!
When you declare, “In the name of Jesus Christ, may your life change” and it truly does, that’s the Power to Become in operation!
It’s the same power to become that can transform a rebellious child into one who is respectful and obedient. This power doesn’t just inform, it transforms.

You will never walk in dominion if you do not understand the power to become and if it is not at work in your life.
When the power to become is on you, your limitations lose their hold. What once seemed like a disadvantage becomes irrelevant.
When growth, change, and transformation are lacking, and prophecies don’t manifest, you need the power to become.
Nothing is ever too late for a person walking under the influence of the Power to Become. (Amos 3:12)
For anyone who is under the influence of this power, change is inevitable.
Cry out to God in your place of prayer and declare, “Lord, grant me the power to become.”
Pray: Lord, I desire the Power to Become for my life, in the name of Jesus Christ!
Every time you see the Power to Become in operation, you’ll hear the word “BE!”.
“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall BE witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Acts 1:8 (KJV)
2. The Power Against – this is the manifestation of spiritual power as a defense. It empowers the Believer to resist the operation of demonic spirits, the activities of evil men, and to counter satanic accusations. (Matthew 10:1, Ephesians 6:12)
The power against is the dimension of power activated and released when you engage in warfare prayers. It demands a thorough knowledge of the Believer’s authority, alongside a rich and consistent prayer life.
You can possess the Power to Become, yet still lack the Power Against, and that absence can be costly.
Everything may grow, rise, and flourish, only to come crumbling down unexpectedly. The Power Against is God’s insurance system that secures, preserves, and protects what has been built.
It is terrible to rise and not have the power to remain, because you lack the Power Against.
You may walk in the Power to Become, but if wicked and unreasonable men rise against you, and you lack the Power Against, you will go down.
Satan also leverages the Word of God to launch attacks against you. He is interested in the speakings of God about your life, because it’s an arsenal for his attack. Every good thing spoken over your life can become a target. That’s why when prophecy goes forth, you ought to engage it in warfare. (1 Timothy 1:18)
The moment a prophetic word goes ahead of you, it’s not the time to relax, it’s a call to rise in battle. You must engage the Power Against to preserve and enforce the manifestation of that prophecy.
Satan is attracted to anything and anyone that glorifies God.
He will not leave by default; he must be resisted through the power of prayer, and the weapon of spiritual intelligence.
Warfare is engaged through prayer and spiritual intelligence. You don’t fight for victory, you fight from a place of victory. The Believer must enforce victory through prayer and spiritual intelligence.
Even for Jesus Christ, resisting the devil was an interplay of a strong prayer life and Word life. If all you do is pray with no active Word study life, you set yourself up for defeat. (Matthew 4:1-7)
The Bible is a concise revelation of the thoughts of God, however, in its written form, it is a compilation of letters, which can become a compendium of mere religious manual if not approached with the Spirit.
Saying “It is written” without the backing of prayer and discernment is dangerous. Even Satan quoted Scripture during the temptation of Jesus (Matthew 4), attempting to manipulate the Word.
This is why discernment is essential, and discernment is cultivated in the place of prayer.
To manifest the Power Against, you must have a sound theological construct or clear understanding of the Believer’s authority and your spiritual pathway to victory.
In Africa, we know how to pray, and the issue is not passion, but precision. The challenge is that many African prayers are filled with emotional intensity and traditional expressions, yet devoid of spiritual intelligence.
There is a divine protocol to answered prayers. Compassion draws God’s attention to you, but it is His Word that births the manifestation.
Your prayer should be heartfelt, but it must also be effectual – consistent with the will of God and compliant with His Word. That is the basis for producing power. (1 John 5:4)
God is a God of love, but He operates within the boundaries of His own Word. His compassion draws Him to you, but your response from Him is activated by your accurate application of His Word.
God’s expression of mercy to an individual is that He positions you where you can hear and learn His Word. That’s how transformation begins.
If you only pray as an emergency response system, the realm of the spirit won’t take you seriously. Many also make the mistake of downplaying prayer’s importance.
Prayer is not the only key. It is a foundational key and when other keys come into play, it becomes the hand that opens other keys.
3. Power Over (Exemption Power) – this is an empowerment to rise above the realm and reach of wicked spirits, territorial forces, and man-made limitations. (Luke 10:19, Psalm 18:29, Ephesians 1:19-22)
The character of the exemption power is that it exempts and enthrones.
“For by thee I have run through a troop; And by my God have I leaped over a wall.” Psalm 18:29 (KJV)
When you run through a troop, you need the Power Against, but the Power Over (Exemption power) empowers you to leap over a wall.
Operating in the experience of ‘Power Over’ demands a thorough understanding of The Word, intentional seasons of strategic warfare, and a consistent track record of ascendance in the realm of the spirit, through prayer.
4. The Staying Power – this is the ability to endure and survive seasons (particularly negative and unfavourable seasons), until growth occurs, or until victory is established. (Proverbs 24:10, Isaiah 43:1-2, Job 14:14, Isaiah 40:28-29)
It is the power to wait, to endure, and to remain.
Challenges are not generic; there are people who God has lifted by understanding, and by His mercy, exempted from certain challenges.
I prophesy to someone: there are certain attacks your children will not know. Certain things you suffered as a result of ignorance and limited knowledge, I decree and declare, that your lineage will not know and experience, because you have ascended above them, in the name of Jesus Christ!
There is an altitude in the spiritual realm you can ascend to, through light and prayer, a place where Satan cannot come near your dwelling.
Many Believers casually claim to be “in Christ,” yet ignore the layers of spiritual knowledge that makes for their victory.
Demons thrive on superstitious mindsets and build fortified strongholds around such beliefs, allowing their operations to go unhindered. To overcome, your knowledge must be rooted, structured, and Word-based to attain victory.
In the economy of victory, it takes time for victory to manifest. It’s a gradual process and at such times, you need the staying power.
An example of someone who exemplified the ‘Staying Power’ was Anna the prophetess. Widowed at 24, she faithfully waited for about 64 years for the coming of Jesus Christ and the redemption of Israel. (Luke 2:37-38)
Without the Staying Power, you won’t endure long enough to see God’s Word manifest.
In the economy of victory, it takes time for the Word of God to manifest and it often requires unwavering perseverance.
For someone, everything you’re doing is right, you just need TO WAIT!
If you desire the Staying Power, the requirement is to wait on The Lord and this does not imply prayer alone but to tarry in His presence.
There is a way to wait on The Lord; by remaining in His presence, even when your heart feels overwhelmed.
The transition from night to morning can be very painful. At such times, steadfastly wait on The Lord. (2 Corinthians 4:8)
One of the power leakages in a person’s life is the need to explain every season of your life to others.
Some seasons require no explanation. You may walk through the fire, but know this: Faith is not always about obtaining promises, it can also be obtaining a good report.
Sometimes a testimonial that you trusted God through the storms is a nobler report than testifying that the storm itself changed.
Delay and process may appear identical, but they are not the same.
There are two places in life where you may find people – the Prison and the Cross. Don’t rush to conclusions about these seasons; both lead to the same destination: the Throne.
“He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalm 126:6 (KJV)
5. The Power to Get/Obtain – It is a supernatural empowerment that attracts people, conditions, and resources to your life. It furthermore empowers your mind to think profitably and to birth supernatural solutions. (Deuteronomy 8:13-18, Psalm 44:3, Ecclesiastes 5:19)
It is the empowerment that makes value and intelligence to deliver. It works in the presence of wisdom, favour, faith, and the prophetic.
In the name of Jesus Christ, your herd and your flocks will multiply, your silver and gold will multiply. All that you have will multiply, in the name of Jesus Christ!
The Power to Obtain is the empowerment that transforms value and intelligence into tangible results. It operates in the presence of wisdom, favour, faith, and the prophetic.
Like a new clock without a battery, so is your intellect without the Power to Obtain.
By the empowerment you will receive tonight, God will open multiple doors before you, giving you options to choose from. You will experience back-to-back testimonies, breakthroughs, and blessings upon blessings, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
The Power to Obtain is often mistaken for favour because the beneficiaries always seem to have everything mysteriously working to their advantage. But when this power is absent, people struggle, even with value and effort, results remain elusive.
The Power to Obtain functions like a magnet. It’s what the businessmen call the “law of attraction”, which they wrongly credit to the universe.
When the grace to obtain and prosper comes upon you, it regulates your possibilities.
The grace that powers the ability to obtain regulates your outcomes and possibilities. When this grace is at work in your life, you’ll recognize what belongs to you, even by simply passing by it.
The Power to Obtain and prosper teaches you to discern people, knowing who will play a role in your life, though it may not be immediate, but are significant.
I pray for someone: where you missed opportunities due to a lack of spiritual perception, by the mercy of God, and the influence of the Power to Obtain, begin to command results, in the name of Jesus Christ!
How to Receive, Activate, Maintain, and Increase Spiritual Power:
1. A genuine encounter with Jesus Christ.
(John 1:12)
2. The ministry of prayer with fasting
(Acts 4:24,29,31,33, James 5:16 AMP, Acts 6:4)
3. A thorough and progressive revelation of the mysteries of the kingdom.
(Acts 20:32, 2 Peter 3:18, Ephesians 4:18)
4. A desire to please The Lord and to bring to pass His agenda for the nations.
(Matthew 10:7-8, Acts 1:8, 4:33)
5. Impartation from Carriers of these graces.
(Philippians 1:7, Romans 1:11, Numbers 27:18-20, Deuteronomy 34:9)
6. Faithfulness.
(Luke 16:10, Matthew 13:12)
Lift your voice and thank God for all you have heard tonight.
Someone who is truly grateful and already moving into a higher level of spiritual power is praying. Thank Him for the wherewithal to influence outcomes, compel compliance, create realities, and sustain divine process.
Pray: Lord, I receive supernatural power in all its expressions to attend to every matter of life and godliness.
I receive it for my ministry, family, and destiny, in the name of Jesus Christ!
In the name of Jesus Christ, beginning from now, may every dimension of spiritual power as learned, begin to function and find full expression in your life!
By the influence of this power, in every ramifications of your life and destiny, begin to advance from glory to glory. I release you to go from grace to grace, in the name of Jesus Christ!
In the name of Jesus Christ, the very things that once challenged and limited you will no longer have power over you!
I speak over your week beginning, I call it blessed; blessed all through the week, in the name of Jesus Christ!
Let this be a week of testimonies! Let this be a week of good news; good news from Sunday to Sunday, may good news locate you without fail!
May God raise men, even strangers to bless you!
